"The Regulations also increase the responsibility of relevant functional departments to strengthen the publicity of changing customs and customs, stipulating that civil affairs departments and other relevant units should strengthen publicity and education on funeral management laws and regulations, and guide the public to actively carry out activities to change customs and customs." Wu Renhua added that the Regulations stipulate that the prohibition of sexual acts in funeral activities and promote civilized sacrifices and sweeps. It is forbidden to park the remains on roads (including sidewalks), residential quarters, squares and other public places and medical and health institutions, schools, and office areas, set up spiritual shelters, play mourning music in a high-pitched voice, set off firecrackers, and burn or throw away coins and paper money; advocate green, civilized, low-carbon, and safe sacrifices.
