On December 17th, during the series of academic seminars to commemorate the 1000th anniversary of Wang Anshi's birth, the launch of the new book "Wang Anshi Painting Biography" was held in Fuzhou City, Jiangxi Province.
Co-authored by Zhu Hong, former member of the Standing Committee of the Jiangxi Provincial CPC Committee and vice governor of Jiangxi Province, and Long Xihu, professor of Nanchang Institute of Technology, the book uses easy-to-understand language to tell the political achievements and literary achievements advocated by Wang Anshi, and praises the humanistic character of a generation of famous people with nearly 100 vivid works of art, and sings the cultural brand of a thousand-year-old talent.
At the press conference, Gao Shiwen, deputy secretary of the Fuzhou Municipal Party Committee and mayor, said, "This year, we held a series of commemorative activities to commemorate the 1000th anniversary of Wang Anshi's birth in order to further inherit China's excellent traditional culture, sing Wang Anshi's cultural brand, promote cultural inheritance and innovation, and help economic and social development." ”
Gao Shiwen said that "Wang Anshi Painting Biography" carries the thick traditional cultural accumulation of Fuzhou, and the new book launch conference, as an important part of the series of activities, is not only the promotion of Wang Anshi's cultural research results, but also a platform for cultural exchanges and mutual promotion.
Ouyang Zhirong, director of the Jinggangshan Cadre Training Center of the Propaganda Department of the Jiangxi Provincial CPC Committee, ph.D., and young literary and art critic, said in his speech at the press conference that the book "The Biography of Wang Anshi's Paintings" includes paintings and calligraphy from ancient people, translations of important documents, and calligraphy and paintings created by today's people.
Zhu Hong said that being able to understand the masses of ordinary people is his greatest happiness as a book writer. He said, "Our goal is to let every Jiangxi person know Wang Anshi and Know Wang Anshi through this book, so we try to use simple language in this book. For example, as a reformer and politician, what reform measures does Wang Anshi have? What is the specific content and role of each measure?
