In recent years, Fogang County has conscientiously implemented the spirit of the national, provincial and municipal occupational health work conferences, with the goal of protecting the occupational health rights and interests of the majority of workers, actively carried out various special governance actions for the prevention and treatment of occupational diseases, and successfully completed the tasks of national, provincial and municipal key occupational disease prevention and treatment.
In the past 5 years, Fogang has implemented technological transformation for more than 60% of the industrial enterprises in the county (on the regulations), with an investment of more than 4 billion yuan in technological transformation, and industrial enterprises have been upgraded in terms of quality and efficiency, equipment update, intelligent automatic transformation, green development, etc., effectively promoting the prevention and treatment of occupational diseases.
Continue to promote the governance of key industry units of occupational disease hazards, carry out special occupational health supervision and inspection actions for 370 enterprises in the county, issue 26 rectification opinions, and supervise and rectify and review key enterprises. In March this year, Fogang inspected a total of 242 enterprises and issued 242 health supervision guidance letters.
As of now, Fogang County undertakes health monitoring institutions (Fogang County People's Hospital), 151 enterprises (employers) that actually carry out occupational health examinations, and 8018 occupational health examinations, including 2549 pre-job physical examinations, 5114 physical examinations during the post, and 355 physical examinations when leaving the post.
Actively carry out publicity activities on the Law on the Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases

Fogang organized the 19th Occupational Disease Prevention and Control Week publicity activities, and promoted the publicity of the "Occupational Disease Prevention and Control Law" into factories, schools and rural areas. In April this year, more than 220 people were consulted at the Kehui Baijing Factory in Fogang County, and more than 220 people were consulted, guiding workers to use protective equipment correctly, and guiding enterprise managers on how to implement the main functions of occupational disease prevention and control, etc., and distributed more than 250 copies of publicity materials to workers on the spot.
The town governments make full use of various forms such as broadcasts, publicity materials, and activities to publicize the knowledge of occupational disease prevention and control in a targeted manner, and increase the publicity of the Law on the Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases and relevant laws and regulations. At the same time, key enterprises went deep into the form of distributing publicity materials and consultation to operators and front-line workers, and carried out publicity and education on the prevention and treatment of occupational diseases and prevention.

Fogang organized various special rectification actions for occupational health and standardized the management of occupational health work in enterprises. On March 30, a collective interview meeting on the occupational health management work of enterprises was held to conduct collective interviews with 86 enterprises with more prominent problems found in the previous occupational health supervision and inspection, to consolidate the main responsibility of the employer, standardize the occupational health management behavior of the employer, and effectively prevent, control and eliminate occupational disease hazards. At the interview meeting, 86 health supervision opinions were issued for the common problems in the preliminary inspection, and ordered to rectify within a time limit. After "looking back", all enterprises have completed rectification on time.
Gradually establish a long-term mechanism for the prevention and control of occupational diseases
Huang Li fully affirmed the work results achieved by Fogang County in implementing the Law on the Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases.
In view of the current problems such as the lack of awareness of the main responsibility of enterprises, the weak occupational health law enforcement team and the co-management force, the lack of professional personnel in occupational health inspection institutions and the insufficient communication and coordination among the member units of the joint meeting, Huang Li demanded that all functional departments should further strengthen communication and coordination, strengthen the departmental linkage mechanism, give full play to the functions of the joint conference system for occupational disease health, and establish and improve the construction of the occupational health system.
At the same time, effective measures should be taken to effectively strengthen the construction of the county's occupational health supervision and law enforcement team, improve and enrich the town's grass-roots auxiliary management institutions and work forces, carry out training for occupational health supervision and law enforcement personnel, enhance the professional quality of supervisory personnel and the ability to administer according to law, further increase the intensity of supervision and law enforcement, improve the level and ability of law enforcement, strictly investigate and deal with violations of laws and regulations, and gradually establish a long-term mechanism for the prevention and control of occupational diseases.
