Samsung Galaxy S8 / S8+ recently received a new system update with firmware version G95xFXXUCDUK1. The update, which has already been rolled out in France and could expand to more markets in the coming days, brings an November 2021 security patch that fixes dozens of privacy- and security-related vulnerabilities.

IT Home learned that Samsung launched the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ in early 2017, equipped with Android 7.0 Nougat, and these two phones received an update for Android 8.0 in 2018 and a One UI update based on Android 9 in 2019.
