For children, try yam amaranth tea.
Ingredients: yam, lotus seed meat, amaranth kernel 9 grams each, wheat dong, sand ginseng, raw land 6 grams each, a piece of rock sugar.
Directions: Put the above herbs in a pot, add water and fry over high heat. After boiling, fry on low heat for half an hour, and when about half of the medicinal juice is left, filter out the medicinal juice, add rock sugar, and let it cool and drink.
Efficacy: This formula is suitable for children with insufficient spleen and yin caused by accumulation of food, once a day, for one week to two weeks. If it is used to nourish the spleen and yin after a cold, it can be taken five times in a row.
