Igor Panov (1969-) Russian painter, Igor Panov (1969-) is a Russian painter. Born in 1969 in Kimovsk, Tula region. Graduated from the Repin Academy of Fine Arts (V.V. Sokolov Studio) in 2008 he was awarded the State Prize (Silver Medal) in the field of contemporary and decorative arts "Gallery of the Twenty-first Century of Russia". In 2011, he became a member of the Peter Academy of Sciences and Arts. He is currently a professor at the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts at Togliatti State University.

Igor Panov is a participant in more than 300 (40 of which are solo) international, all-Russian, cross-regional and regional exhibitions in St. Petersburg, Tolyati, Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod, Saransk, Ufa, Samara, Cheboksary, Saratov, Minsk (Belarus), Uralsk (Kazakhstan), Paris (France), Wolfsburg (Germany), Guangzhou (China), Stoliv (Montenegro), etc.
He has made numerous creative trips in Germany, Norway, Tanzania, China, Egypt, Italy, Montenegro, India, Altai, Crimea, caucasus, Urals, Karelia, Sakhalin, northern Russia and the Golden Ring region of Russia. In his work, the artist focuses on the tradition of the Russian School of Realism, seeking to convey in his works a personal emotional relationship with the chosen subject. His works are in museums, companies, private collections in Russia and abroad.
