It is said that the Shunzhi Emperor was a very superstitious person, always believed in the fate of the country, he was a firm believer in Buddhism, and it was even rumored that he later became a monk. Once, he summoned a high monk and talked about it, and the Shunzhi Emperor asked, "What is the fortune of the country in the Qing Dynasty?" The senior monk thought about it, but did not dare to speak directly, so he said to Shunzhi: "I am not crippled, and the country is not destroyed", the Shunzhi Emperor was confused after hearing it, because he could not understand it at all, and the Shunzhi Emperor then asked the senior monk to explain, but the senior monk was afraid of leaking the heavenly opportunity, so he did not explain.
The Shunzhi Emperor then did not embarrass the monk, and asked in passing, "Which emperor can the Great Qing pass to?" The senior monk thought about it, was silent for a moment, and then said to the Shunzhi Emperor: "Ten emperors reigned nine emperors prisoner, and one emperor was in Youzhou", the Shunzhi Emperor still let the senior monk explain, but the senior monk just did not say, the Shunzhi Emperor knew that this was a heavenly opportunity, so he did not ask, but always kept this matter in mind, many princes and ministers in the palace remembered this sentence, and later this sentence spread to the people, many fortune tellers know the meaning, but no one dares to explain, because the leak of the heavenly machine is afraid of being cursed, so many fortune tellers are also dumb, Pretend you didn't hear anything.
