According to the report, as of the end of November, Shantou had filed and investigated 170 cases of drugs, medical devices and cosmetics, with a total value of 3.1649 million yuan and a total of 4.1095 million yuan in fines and forfeitures. Among them, there were 58 drug cases with a value of 1.2459 million yuan and a total of 1.5136 million yuan in fines and forfeitures; 9 cases of medical devices with a value of 283,200 yuan and a total of 1.154 million yuan in fines and forfeitures; 103 cases of cosmetics with a value of 3.1649 million yuan and a total of 1.4417 million yuan in fines and forfeitures.
During the prevention and control of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, the Shantou Municipal Market Supervision Department took the lead in proposing to do a good job in the information collection and reporting of personnel who purchased drugs for the treatment of fever, cough and cold, continued to implement the registration and reporting system for drug personnel purchasing in retail pharmacies, and implemented "normalization + dynamic" epidemic prevention measures. Since the outbreak of the epidemic in the province this year, the city has carried out several rounds of full-coverage inspections, and since June, a total of 8443 retail pharmacies have been inspected, of which 507 have been ordered to rectify and 114 have been ordered to stop business for rectification; 4 rounds of full-coverage inspections of the CDC and vaccination units have been completed; and 11 cases of three maskless cases have been investigated and handled. In the early stage of the epidemic, the Shantou Market Supervision Department urgently handled the emergency office, and quickly completed emergency approval for 22 medical mask manufacturers and 2 forehead temperature gun production enterprises.
In the daily inspection of the production, operation and use of "two products and one machine", the Market Supervision Department of Shantou City focused on the deployment of the second type of psychotropic drugs, Chinese medicine tablets, pharmaceutical stimulants, children's cosmetics, drug network sales, drug retail links and other prominent problems concentrated special rectification and nucleic acid testing institutions, syringes, medical beauty, microneedling and other special inspection work. This year, a total of about 10,796 "two products and one machine" enterprises have been inspected, and 693 batches of drug supervision and sampling have been completed, with a pass rate of 99.86%; 65 batches of medical device supervision and sampling, with a pass rate of 92.31%; 96 batches of cosmetics supervision and sampling, with a pass rate of 97.9%.
At the same time, the Shantou Municipal Market Supervision Department has cracked down illegal and criminal acts involving drugs, medical devices and cosmetics, strengthened the inspection and law enforcement of two products and one weapon and the punishment of illegal acts, punished the legal representatives, main responsible persons, directly responsible supervisors and other responsible personnel of enterprises in accordance with the law, and banned business for a certain period of time or even for life, increasing the illegal costs of violators. Since the beginning of this year, the number of cases filed and investigated by the city's "two products and one weapon" has increased by more than 10% compared with the highest number of cases in the past three years.
In order to promote the high-quality development of the industry, the Shantou Municipal Market Supervision Department encourages and supports pharmaceutical companies to develop new drugs and carry out quality consistency evaluation of generic drugs, and since last year, 5 drug varieties have passed the consistency evaluation, and 1 blood product has obtained a new drug registration certificate. Encourage pharmaceutical retail chain enterprises to combine the construction of service outlets in the city's one-quarter-hour convenience living circle and new communities, carry out "late-night pharmacy" services and 24-hour convenience services in the night economic belt, set up 24-hour vending machines to sell Class B non-prescription drugs, and improve the accessibility and convenience of the people's medication.
