Located at 51 Guofu Road. The building was built in the 1940s with a floor area of about 300 square meters and is a mixed structure of brick and wood. The eaves are decorated in a Spanish style with zigzags, and the building as a whole is biased towards the modernist style. The garden residence in Lane 115, Tai'an Road, was originally "Chen Jia Lane Village". In 1948, the garden houses were built by the American merchant Texaco, with a total of eight buildings in three rows, which belonged to the British and Spanish style fake three-storey houses. The former site of the Shanghai Theater College (the predecessor of the present-day Shanghai Theater Academy) is located at 1838 North Sichuan Road. Before the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, it was the "First Japanese National School" and is now the Experimental Middle School of the Hongkou District Institute of Education. The main building of the school is a four-story reinforced concrete structure in the early modernist style.

In November 1945, dramatists Li Jianwu, Huang Zuolin and Gu Zhongyi founded the Shanghai Municipal Experimental Drama School at No. 1838 North Sichuan Road in order to cultivate drama and drama talents, with Gu Zhongyi as the principal. In July 1946, Xiong Fuxi was invited to be a professor at the Shanghai Experimental Drama School, and in February of the following year, he became the president. No. 321 Hengshan Road, formerly known as Huisle Apartment, was called Jiya Apartment after liberation, designed by Fan Wenzhao, a famous architect in modern Shanghai, and built by Wu Ren'an Construction Factory, and completed in 1942. The middle unit of Huisler Apartment is seven floors, and the east-west end unit is four floors, each with a special entrance. In addition to the entrance hall and elevator hall, the intermediate unit has two four-bedroom households and six one-and-a-half-bedroom households.

In 1937, Luo Zhufeng resolutely responded to the call of the Northern Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and threw his pen into Congrong. Since 1952, Luo Zhufeng has successively served as the secretary general of the Preparatory Committee of the Shanghai Philosophical and Social Science Academic Committee, the director of the Shanghai Publishing Bureau, the director of the Shanghai Language and Writing Work Committee, and the chairman of the Shanghai Federation of Philosophical and Social Science Societies. He also presided over the revision and compilation of books such as Cihai, Hanyu Da Dictionary, and Chinese Encyclopedia. In 1926, sent by the party organization, Shen Zhiyuan went to Moscow to study at Sun Yat-sen University. No. 66, Lane 291, Yongjia Road is a brick and wood structure, sitting on the south and facing north of Shikumen three-story building. The entrance is the patio, and then inside is the guest hall, and behind the guest hall is the bedroom.

From September 1927, Li Jianhua served as the head of the sociology department and professor of Fudan University, Shanghai Hosei University and other institutions, and later joined the Communist Party of China and engaged in the struggle on the hidden front. In 1939, Mr. and Mrs. Li Jianhua and their two young children lived at No. 64 Shenchengli (now No. 66, Lane 291, Yongjia Road) on Xi'ai Xiansi Road. From April 1939 to November 1942, it served as a secret organ of the Jiangsu Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China. While undertaking some important work of the provincial party committee, Li Jianhua also full-time covered the security of the provincial party committee organs.

In 1993, the existing building of the Shanghai Museum People's Square began construction, and it was fully completed and opened in October 1996. Xu Senyu was director of the Shanghai Museum from 1960 to 1966. No. 63 Gao'an Road, built in 1930, was originally Li's residence. This is a garden house designed by Zhao An Foreign Firm. The south façade is a round arched open gallery and upper terrace as well as a simple façade with a Mediterranean style. The fish scale-like hollowed-out bar panels of the terrace are influenced by traditional Chinese characteristics.

Li Yanong was uneasy about the peaceful life of the study. In the winter of 1941, he came to the Headquarters of the New Fourth Army in the anti-Japanese democratic base area in northern Jiangsu. Acting Commander Chen Yi received the scholar who threw in his pen. After the liberation of Shanghai, Li Yanong entered the city with the army as a representative of the Military Control Commission, and since then, he has carried out a series of scientific and cultural related work in Shanghai. In 1956, the Preparatory Committee of the Shanghai Academic Committee of Philosophy and Social Sciences was established, with Chen Wangdao as the director, Li Yanong, Shen Zhiyuan and Wang Yiping as the deputy directors, and Luo Zhufeng as the secretary general. The meeting site is located at No. 3, Lane 9, Gao'an Road. In December 1957, the preparatory committee was relocated to 63 Gao'an Road. On March 9, 1958, the Shanghai Federation of Philosophical and Social Science Societies was established (later renamed shanghai Federation of Social Sciences).
