Up to now, Dongguan has a total of 80,750 farmers market employees, all of whom have completed 2 injections of vaccination by 100%, and are actively promoting the third injection to strengthen vaccination; the city has accumulated 223,900 inspections of the market and 226,100 times of cleaning and disinfection markets.
Implement the management of farmers' market enclosures. The "Notice" makes it clear that each town street (park) market and cold chain prevention and control special class should supervise and urge each farmers' market in the jurisdiction to implement enclosure measures according to classification. For the closed farmers' market, under the premise of meeting the fire emergency management, 2 to 3 access channels are retained, and the separation of entry and exit passages is implemented; other entrances and exits are closed to ensure that the entry and exit of personnel can be managed and controlled. For open farmers' markets, 60-80 cm fixed guardrails should be installed around the market to enclose and intermittently separate residential areas and living areas; the guardrails can be used in iron horse or water horse type, retaining 2 to 3 entrances and exits, and separating the entrance and exit passages. The entrances and exits of each farmers' market shall post (or place) the two-dimensional code pictures associated with the market, require all entering personnel to wear masks and orderly implement the work of measuring body temperature and health code inspection, refuse to enter the personnel with health codes of red and yellow codes, and guide them to designated medical institutions for medical examination; at the same time, through loudspeakers, posters, LCD screens scrolling and other ways, remind admission personnel to wear masks, maintain a safe distance and do a good job of health protection.
Implement the health management of farmers market entrants.
