The century-old automobile industry is undergoing great changes, and the wave of automobile intelligence has fully invaded all corners of the industrial chain. In the field of new energy vehicles, new car-making forces have emerged, and more and more traditional car companies have opened up "secondary entrepreneurship" to incubate new brands of intelligent electric vehicles eager to overtake in curves. At the same time, xiaomi, Baidu, 360 and other technology giants have joined the car-making army, which is called the advent of the new car-making 2.0 era.

New forces, traditional car companies and crossovers are fighting each other, and the new year will become the first year of the intelligent electric vehicle war. On December 15th, the 2021 WISE Future Mobility Summit was grandly opened, and dozens of car industry leaders gathered together to talk about the future.

Hello everyone! I am very pleased to have this opportunity to introduce the Full Cycle BaaS service for battery production. In fact, BaaS services and SaaS services have a similar logic, its premise is the development of electric vehicles.

Two or three years ago, there were very few users of electric vehicles. If the annual increase in electric vehicles is only one or two million, there is no need to do BaaS services, which is only the needs of a small group. But with the penetration rate of electric vehicles getting higher and higher, the average will be about 15% throughout the year, and by 2022, it may exceed 20%, with a huge user base. Cars come from various OEMs, users have a variety of needs, and batteries are similar.

In this case, users are facing very challenging problems, such as how to provide supplementary energy needs if there is no household pile at home? Now the life of the tram is 8-10 years, if a car wants to use 15-20 years, what if the battery is decommissioned? The cost of battery replacement also affects the user's determination to buy an electric vehicle.

Secondly, users buy a standard electric vehicle with a range of 400-500 kilometers, if they want to go to the west to play, they often run high speeds for one or two months, and there is no longer battery that can be used for a short time. These needs have led to users needing more flexible services, no longer need to buy batteries, but to find a company like Weineng, providing flexible customized services to meet the needs.

Such as the 90s, 00s server companies, HP, Dell, Lenovo, IBM are like this, the current cloud service companies, such as Amazon Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, Microsoft Cloud to do centralized management servers, resulting in ordinary enterprises do not have to buy servers, through the cloud service provider can be achieved. I think we're a lot like the early cloud service providers, born a little anxious, but the field is very promising.

Let's look at a few simple sets of data. Weineng is the world's first company specializing in battery services, and now the overall performance is climbing very fast, and the scale of battery assets under management accounts for about 80% of the entire industry. The growth rate of battery assets is also very fast, from September last year to November this year, the scale of battery assets under management has climbed 100 times, and it is growing at a high speed almost every month. It is exactly the same as the active market of electric vehicles.

For electric vehicle users, the energy replenishment service can indeed solve the unspeakable needs of users. I believe that in the next few years, this service will expand from this cooperation between WEILAI Automobile and NINGDE to more OEMs and battery companies. This kind of service is very catered to the needs of young people now, especially after 90 and 95. For young people, environmental protection is a must-do thing, which is the bottom line that they cannot break through.

For their part, they also hope that a company can put such a collection of electrochemical, software, machinery, cloud management, complex process components from the beginning to the end. From the birth of the battery to the disappearance of recycling, all of which are responsible for one company, not only environmental protection, but also cater to the demands of young people.

What is more interesting is that in the past 15 months, Weineng has accumulated a lot of battery assets. Battery Asset is a mobile mine with very large reserves. In this mine, although the batteries are scattered all over the country, they are very large when gathered. With more than 500 tons of lithium, more than 700 tons of cobalt, and more than 2,000 tons of nickel, BaaS service is a business of having "mines" at home, but it only has 8-10 years, which is the opposite of the entire manufacturing and sales process of electric vehicles.

Electric vehicles dig up the "mine" and make it into batteries for decentralized users. We collect the scattered mines, give them to individual users as a whole in the form of protocols and services, and finally use the batch to use and recycle. Such a business form has also received strong support from the state, which is Weineng's sense of social mission.

Let's talk about assets, let's talk about data. When users choose services, they will take into account the flexible and changeable energy replenishment measures at the beginning, and consider the need for a certain proportion of power exchanges. In the process of power exchange, the exchange of battery property rights is naturally generated, and after the launch of the power exchange service, the proportion of users choosing to change the power is very high, and 50-60% of the power is made of power exchange.

It has to be mentioned that the charging power of the power exchange is dispersed quickly, and the recharge may be slower, but the combination of some overcharge is the best for the battery asset, and the problem of the vehicle being retired earlier than the battery can be avoided.

Wei can bring these mines together from Africa, Southeast Asia, and Latin America to create batteries for users to use, which must be used for a long time. But without this service, there could be 3%-10% of users whose batteries will be retired in less than five years, which is a very big waste. We also calculate the amount of energy-efficient carbon reductions in our assets, which have exceeded 30,000 tonnes to date. Weineng has a set of power replacement system for users, and users do not have to worry about various problems such as energy replenishment and battery quality.

On the whole, this service has a certain degree of difficulty, and there are many links that need to be opened, from upstream and downstream, main engine factories to battery factories, to financial funds, to users, power exchange operators, and even more energy companies and recycling companies. After all of them are opened, the full-cycle management of the battery can form a complete closed loop. If the service based on the full cycle of battery assets is introduced to the market, and at the same time it can also generate economic benefits, rather than unilaterally subsidizing users and pasting users backwards, the difficulty can be seen. Weineng has been operating this practice for the past year, and weineng has been paving the way for this practice for another 5 to 6 years.

What is the purpose of opening up these links? The purpose is to do three hundred. First, the whole process should be traced back to the source. This asset can only be done based on mobile Internet technology. Second, all assets must be circulated, otherwise it will cause huge waste. Third, to achieve every battery, each mine must be recycled quickly, with such a circulation system, better to provide services to users, while being more social and environmental friendly.

Doing such a service is more meaningful in product logic and contains two parts: first, external. External Internet, users directly place orders on the Internet, through the APP, choose to rent different models, experience different services, match different mileage, the contract is also electronic. In the background, these assets are digitally managed to understand the battery life and health status, so as to give users a safe, usable and reassuring service.

There are not so many practitioners in the whole industry, although there are already 5-10, but I think the industry needs a state of blooming flowers. There are several important data on the data platform that Weineng opens to the outside world: the foreign dependence of the national lithium mine is 70.5%, the external dependence of cobalt is 37.3, and the external dependence of nickel is 95.1%.

Domestic policy support, cultivate the world's most leading electric vehicle industry, to 2025, 2036 every year to import so many mines, if Weineng does not effectively integrate these mineral resources, into a very closed loop recycling, the entire market will continue to import, because these minerals can not be produced domestically, it is likely to lead to the domestic industry can not be profitable.

Therefore, Weineng must be recyclable, because the battery industry has the opportunity to form a system of internal and external circulation, for example, by 2030, the production of 20 to 30 million electric vehicles a year, but only need to import 2 or 3 million mines, so that the domestic industry can be at ease.

In addition, this service has great benefits for carbon emission reduction, and the benefit of battery standardization is that whether it is in the production process, use process, or recycling process, it can reduce the carbon emissions and resource consumption of the entire industry. Not only for an electric vehicle industry, it is a very simple and flexible service, but also has great significance for the country and the industry, thank you!
