5. Middlesbrough 3-0 Chelsea (2006 Premier League)
Chelsea signed him in 2004 after Mourinho became famous in Porto, and they saw him as the right person to lead Chelsea into a new era.
When Chelsea became the dominant force in English football under Jose Mourinho, Mourinho proved him right.
The Blues have won consecutive Premier League titles (2004–05 and 2005–06), yet during this period they experienced a stunning defeat.
Chelsea were beaten 3-0 by Middlesbrough in a Premier League match in the 05-06 season. It was Mourinho's third defeat in 64 games with Chelsea.
Taking advantage of the Blues' poor defence and Yakub's brilliant goals, Middlesbrough scored an unforgettable victory. It was also the biggest failure of Mourinho's career in charge of Chelsea at the time.
4. Borussia Dortmund 4-1 Real Madrid (2013 Champions League)
Lewandowski is currently one of the best strikers, however he made his name at Dortmund. In the 2012-13 Champions League match against Real Madrid, Lewandowski staged his senior year in the first leg.
Mourinho's side only won 2-0 in the second leg and was eventually eliminated. The 1-4 defeat essentially ended Mourinho's management career at Real Madrid.
Real Madrid are a star-studded team, theoretically better than Borussia Dortmund. However, despite their lack of experience and star gaps, Klopp's side beat the Spanish giants.
Lewandowski scored all four goals on that historic night, becoming the first player to stage a senior in the Champions League semi-finals.
Lewandowski also became the first player to score four goals against Real Madrid, and Jose Mourinho also suffered the biggest defeat in the Champions League.
After the defeat, Mourinho's relationship with his players deteriorated, and he resigned from the club at the end of the season.
3. Chelsea 4-0 Manchester United (2016 Premier League)
Mourinho was signed by Manchester United after his second sacking for Chelsea, which shocked london club fans.
Both Manchester United and Chelsea had a bumpy start to the season, with both teams needing a win when the Reds visited Stamford Bridge in October 2016, but Mourinho's old club Chelsea had the last laugh.
Just 30 seconds later, the Blues opened the door, scoring four goals against Manchester United, the worst defeat in the Premier League at the time.

2. Barcelona 5-0 Real Madrid (2011 La Liga)
Is there anything more tragic? That's what happened when Jose Mourinho's Real Madrid took on the mighty Barcelona team.
Mourinho had just taken over Real Madrid after leading Inter to a treble in 2009-10, and real madrid remained unbeaten in La Liga until the match against Barcelona.
I thought it would be a thrilling game, but it turned out to be a fiasco. In Mourinho's first national derby, Barca scored five goals without mercy.
Mourinho retained his position that year and won his first league title in four years for Real Madrid in 2012, and he also won some trophies before leaving the club in 2013.
1. Bodo Grint 6-1 Roma (2021 Europa League)
Mourinho joined Roma this summer and he started the 2021-22 race with a positive stance. His side won Mourinho's 1,000th game as manager, however things quickly deteriorated from there.
Eight games later, Mourinho suffered the biggest defeat of his coaching career. In the first match of the European League Cup, Roma, who had changed a lot, lost 1-6 to the obscure Bodo Grint.
Last season, Bodo Grint won the Norwegian league for the first time. However, no one expected them to beat Roma, and Bodo Grint's best performance in Europa League was in the first round of the UEFA Cup.
For Jose Mourinho's side, any defeat is not allowed. However, Bodo Grint scored three goals in the first half, and any hope of Roma's comeback was thwarted by Bodo Grint, who scored three more goals in the second half.
