In August 2016, Gao Zuolin, who was on duty, quickly rushed to the scene with his colleagues after receiving an alarm call from an enterprise in his jurisdiction that had a conflict with an outsourcing team over a labor dispute. It is understood that the enterprise refused to pay the cost of outsourcing the transportation of the convoy on the grounds that the goods were not completely transported, thus causing a contradiction. After grasping the specific situation, he actively communicated with the labor inspection department, and after more than ten days of efforts and coordination, the two sides reached an agreement, and the transportation costs of nearly 100,000 yuan were fully settled.
