A few days ago, a rare McLaren 650S Le Mans version has entered the UK used car market, one of only 50 in the world.

The British automaker launched the model to celebrate its victory at the 1995 24 Hours of Le Mans. It was built by McLaren Special Operations, and of the 50 vehicles built, 49 were made of Sutter Ash, and only this particular example was the only one with sun yellow.
The car's livery scheme was inspired by the famous Harrods-sponsored McLaren F1 GTR, which took third place at Le Mans. The original owner of the 650S Le Mans version was a friend of the owner of the F1 GTR, who received special permission from McLaren to match the yellow of the paint, making this 650S truly unique.
As a Le Mans version of the McLaren 650S, the car features an MSO carbon fiber roof spoon, an enlarged carbon fiber rear diffuser, various Le Mans badges, carbon fiber diverters, carbon fiber side skirts, front wheel shutters, and unique five-spoke lightweight alloy wheels, with brake calipers also featuring sun-yellow trim.
Inside the car of this mid-engined supercar, a combination of black leather and Alcantara can be seen, as well as comfortable seats available, various carbon fibers and Meridian speakers.
Like all other models of the 650S, the car is powered by a 3.8-liter twin-turbo V8 engine that delivers 641 horsepower and 500 pound-feet (678 Nm) of torque.
The list shows that the special 650S Le Mans edition has traveled 6,100 miles (9,816 kilometers) and is priced at £239,950 (about $317,000).
