The 2022 Song Pro DM-i is based on the second generation of Song Pro, following the Dragon Face 3.0 family design language, with a large "dragon mouth" grille, with high chrome plating, and very high recognition. The body D pillar adds silver "dragon scale" trim, the interior adopts a new family design language, and the surround center console shows a more symmetrical aesthetic. In terms of powertrain, the 2022 Song Pro DM-i is equipped with a 1.5-liter Atkinson cycle engine + EHS electromix system. The engine has a maximum power of 81 kW, a peak torque of 135 N·m, and a maximum thermal efficiency of 43.04%. The motors are available in two power versions with maximum power of 132 kW and 145 kW respectively, corresponding to peak torques of 316 N·m and 325 N·m.
The car is equipped with BYD's lithium iron phosphate blade battery, with a capacity of 8.3kWh and 18.3kWh, respectively, corresponding to pure electric endurance of 51km and 110km. The fuel consumption is as low as 4.4L/100km, the comprehensive cruising range can reach 1090km under full fuel and full power, and the fastest acceleration of 100 kilometers is 7.9s.

Unofficial channel information revealed that the current order volume of the 2022 Song Pro DM-i has exceeded 50,000 vehicles. The undelivered orders for DM-i platform models reached 300,000 units, which seriously exceeded demand. This year, BYD's sales of new energy vehicles have soared month by month, exceeding 90,000 units in November. With the launch of new vehicles, sales in December are expected to reach a new high.
