Automatic braking and other functional upgrades Tesla released a beta version of the fully autonomous driving FSD update

[EV Horizon Report] A few days ago, Tesla officially pushed the FSD (fully autonomous driving) 10.6.1 Beta version (beta version), this update for a number of functional improvements, not only improved the automatic brake, but also further improved the object detection network architecture, in order to improve the accuracy and speed of object detection.

Specifically, FSD V10.6.1 Beta improves the object detection network architecture and improves sensitivity for non-VRU objects (cars, trucks, buses); establishes a new visibility network with an average relative error reduction of 18.5%; improves accuracy at large angles and at night by using a new universal static object monitoring network; improves the position of vehicles waiting when turning left at open intersections by predicting intersections. This also helps to make way for other vehicles; modeling allows more leeway during parallel movements; and improves automatic braking action to make it more gentle and improve passenger comfort when an object crosses the lane ahead.

Tesla FSD version 10.6 has been optimized on the 10.5 version, including improving recognition accuracy and reducing errors. Improved parking position when making unprotected left turns while giving way to oncoming vehicles, slowing down corrected stability when lanes deviate.

But just last month, Tesla launched two recalls in a week. The first is related to nearly 3,000 Model 3s (parameter | offered) and possible loosening of steering wheel fasteners in Model Y vehicles, while the second recall is related to an online update to FSD Beta 10.3.
