Hangzhou, December 13 (Huang Lingyi) At a press conference on the prevention and control of the new crown pneumonia epidemic in Zhejiang Province on the 13th, Hu Jialin, deputy director of the Department of Transportation of Zhejiang Province, responded to the public's concern about the changes in transportation and travel in the province. Among them, the railway out of the province has changed significantly, the province of Hangzhou Xiaoshan District, Ningbo Zhenhai District, Shaoxing Shangyu District personnel strictly restricted through the railway out of the province, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Shaoxing and other 3 prefectures and cities other counties (cities, districts) personnel out of the province must hold a 48-hour nucleic acid test negative certificate.

According to statistics, since December 5, to 16:00 on the 13th, Ningbo, Shaoxing and Hangzhou in Zhejiang Province have reported a cumulative total of 192 confirmed cases and 1 case of asymptomatic infection (excluding the number of confirmed cases, the same below). Among them, Ningbo has reported a cumulative total of 51 confirmed cases; Shaoxing has reported a cumulative report of 123 confirmed cases and 1 case of asymptomatic infection; and Hangzhou has reported a cumulative report of 18 confirmed cases.

Affected by this round of epidemic, the three places in Zhejiang have made corresponding adjustments in transportation and travel. Hu Jialin introduced that regarding urban public transportation, as of 15:00 on the 13th, Ningbo and Shaoxing had suspended a total of 247 bus lines, of which Ningbo Zhenhai District, Shaoxing Shangyu District, and Shengzhou City were suspended; hangzhou had no urban bus suspension; and the remaining 8 cities in Zhejiang Province were operating normally.

In terms of rail transit, except for 10 subway stations such as Hangzhou Linping and Qianjiang Century City, which have closed or reduced the exit of commercial districts; and the Kongpu to Congyuan Road section of Ningbo Zhenhai District Rail Line 2 has been suspended, other cities are operating normally. In terms of taxis and online ride-hailing, Ningbo Zhenhai District has implemented "only in and out", and Shaoxing Shangyu District has stopped all operations; other cities have stopped sending orders to medium- and high-risk areas, suspended cross-city business and intra-city carpooling business, and prohibited taxis from going to the control area.

In addition, for railway passenger transport, at present, except for Shaoxing East Railway Station and Shangyu Railway Station in Zhejiang Province, which only implement control measures for entering and leaving, other stations are operating normally. Hangzhou Xiaoshan District, Ningbo Zhenhai District, Shaoxing Shangyu District personnel strictly restricted through the railway out of the province, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Shaoxing and other three prefectures and other counties (cities, districts) personnel out of the province must hold a 48-hour nucleic acid test negative certificate. The implementation of the above travel requirements for medium- and high-risk epidemic-related areas will continue until March 15, 2022.

In terms of road passenger transport, in Zhejiang, at present, 151 interprovincial passenger lines have been suspended, mainly from Hangzhou, Ningbo and Shaoxing to Shanghai, southern Jiangsu, Anhui, Shandong and other places; 357 intercity passenger lines have been suspended, mainly from Hangzhou, Shaoxing and Ningbo to other parts of the province. In terms of airport passenger transport, the 7 transport airports in Zhejiang Province are generally operating normally, and individual flights have been adjusted according to the relevant requirements of national epidemic prevention and control, with only one flight per day from Hangzhou to Beijing and all flights from Ningbo to Beijing cancelled.

Talking about the problems of express delivery and emergency material transportation support, Hu Jialin said that at present, the mail express delivery service in Zhejiang Province is generally normal, ningbo Zhenhai District, Shaoxing Shangyu District and other sealing and control areas have suspended the collection and dispatch of postal express, and other areas have been affected by the surge in delivery volume, epidemic control and other factors, and the timeliness has slowed down. In terms of emergency material transportation support, at present, epidemic prevention materials, specimen transfer, civilian biological resources, domestic garbage transportation, etc. in Ningbo Zhenhai, Hangzhou Xiaoshan and Shaoxing Shangyu are normal and orderly.
