Recently, the reporter came to Luhu Village, Hetian Town, Changting County, Longyan, only to see green mountains stretching, maple incense, wood lotus and other broad-leaved trees dotting the mountains, green tiles, red eaves and white walls of houses are scattered, and clear streams run through the village.

In the back mountains of the village, Huanghua Yuanzhi expanded to 265 acres; the ecological mountain villa in the village added several farms and homestays; the thousand-acre chestnut ecological green demonstration garden, which not only controlled soil erosion but also improved economic benefits... This former key village of soil erosion has now become a national forest village and a provincial rural revitalization demonstration site.

The change of Luhu Village is a microcosm of Changting County's exploration of the path of transforming green water and green mountains into golden mountains and silver mountains. In recent years, Changting County has always kept in mind General Secretary Xi Jinping's earnest entrustment of "winning all by entering, and retreating if it does not advance", while solidly controlling soil erosion, it has adhered to the industrialization of industrial development ecology and ecological construction, and steadily promoted the development of the three leading industries of rare earth, textile and clothing, cultural tourism and health care, and the development of the four key industries of modern agriculture, medical equipment, e-commerce and construction.

Transforming ecological advantages into development advantages, the green revolution interpreted on the red land has been staged, and since 2017, Changting has been awarded the "Top Ten Counties for County Economic Development in Fujian Province" for four consecutive years.

Walking into the Yaowang Valley of Geping Village in Tongfang Town, the green mountains spread out face to face, and the scenery is pleasant. "This mountain is full of treasures up and down the mountain, and more than 20 villagers in our cooperative have pointed to it to give us a stable increase in income." Peng Muquan, head of the Jialesheng Farmers Agricultural Cooperative in Tongfang Town, laughed.

Yaowang Valley is located at the junction of Geping Village and Pengfang Village in Tongfang Town, the two villages have more mountains and less land, high forest coverage and good ecological endowments, how to turn good ecology into tangible benefits?

In 2019, Peng Muquan, who retired from the post of secretary of the village branch, learned from many sources and decided to lead the villagers to develop the forest economy and plant Chinese herbal medicines. "I set up a cooperative with six or seven villagers and transferred more than 80 acres of mountain forests to plant wild ginseng and ganoderma lucidum." Lao Peng said that in the first year, the net income of wild party ginseng per mu was more than 4,000 yuan, and Ganoderma lucidum also recovered the cost.

Subsequently, nearly 30 villagers from the two villages also joined in, and the scale of planting was further expanded. "More than 1,400 acres of mountain forests and cultivated land, the tree is dendrobium officinale, under the tree is yellow flowers Yuanzhi, on the ground is wild ginseng, five-fingered peach, Ganoderma lucidum, etc., three-dimensional planting, is expected to average annual income of tens of thousands of yuan per household." Lao Peng said that there are 10,000 mu of mountain forests in the village that can develop the under-forest economy, and if the development is good, it will be further expanded.

Like Geping Village, Changting and the whole Longyan are making every effort to create an upgraded version of the "Changting Experience" for soil erosion control, so as to achieve the organic unity of "ecological beauty" and "people's wealth".

From seeking ecology from barren mountains to benefiting from qingshan, the under-forest economy has become the vanguard of Changting's development of modern agriculture with characteristics, and further transformed ecological advantages into development stamina.

In Shangjiao Village, Sidu Town, rich woodland resources and a good forest environment provide a broad space for the development of the understory economy. In recent years, the whole village of Shangjiao Village has been promoted, and 1930 mu of cash crops such as three-leaf green and Ganoderma lucidum have been planted under the forest, and the average household income has increased by more than 30,000 yuan. "In the past, there was no income to guard the green mountains and rivers, but now through the planting under the forest, everyone really feels that this is a golden mountain." Wu Shuichang, secretary of the party branch of Shangjiao Village, laughed.

According to statistics, up to now, the economic operation area under the forest in Changting County has reached 1.78 million mu, the number of participating forest farmers is 21,500 households, and the annual output value is 2.82 billion yuan, which has been rated as the national under-forest economic demonstration base.

At the same time, carbon sink trading has also allowed forest farmers to begin to taste the sweetness, and they feel more and more that Qingshan is a "green bank". In September this year, the carbon sink project operated by Bamboo Forest in Changting County was traded for the first time through the Straits Equity Exchange Center. The project involves nearly 40,000 mu in Zhushan, four townships, with an emission reduction of 148,000 tons in the first monitoring period of the project, with a total transaction amount of 1.639 million yuan, and the project has also become the first successful carbon sink trading project in Longyan.

Industrial development ecology

On the 9th, the reporter walked into the Changting County Medical Device Industrial Park Industrial Zone Park, only to see more than a dozen modern buildings surrounding the park, and the landscape lake in the center reflected the blue sky and white clouds.

"As the first enterprise to settle in the park, whether it is hardware or software, the park provides the best conditions for us to quickly prepare for production." Fang Chongliang, chairman of Fujian Shancile Biotechnology Co., Ltd., said that at present, the company has more than 20 products that have passed the test, of which 7 second-class products are applying for product registration certificates and production licenses, "Our many products are in the forefront of the province, and we are going all out to put into production as soon as possible."

The industry development is ecological, and the concept of green development is effective in industrial development. As one of the three key industries, the medical device industry is a breakthrough and main direction for Changting to develop green emerging industries. Since 2017, in just 3 years, the annual output value of the industry has exceeded 100 million yuan, achieving a breakthrough of "from scratch".

Since last year, the Changting medical device industry has ushered in an acceleration of development. For two consecutive years, Longyan City, Changting County and the Provincial Food and Drug Administration held two joint meetings and decided to jointly build the "Fujian West (Changting) Medical Device Industrial Park", with the tenacity of "dripping water through stones", from the park promotion, rapid approval, accelerated product inspection, talent training and other aspects to continue to promote the development of medical device industrial park to a new level, which indicates that the development of Changting medical device industry has entered a new stage of provincial, municipal and county three-level joint construction.

At the same time, this year, the provincial government will be minxi (Changting) medical device industrial park included in the provincial "14th Five-Year" manufacturing industry high-quality development special plan; Longyan City will be biomedicine included in the "5 + N" industry of emerging industry cultivation, vigorously develop the medical device industry... The spring breeze of policy has injected a steady stream of impetus into the development of green industries.

Good prospects lead to a golden phoenix. This year, Changting signed a contract to introduce 10 medical device manufacturers, and is talking about 9 intentional signing projects. So far, Changting has signed a total of 52 medical device manufacturers, of which 26 enterprises have been put into production. This year, the output value and trade volume of medical devices in the county are expected to reach 1.99 billion yuan, an increase of 11% year-on-year. On the road to achieving the goal of "the first medical device industry gathering place in the province", Changting is accelerating its progress.

Flowing gold and silver ancient city tour

The return of green water and green mountains has returned to the red land, and good ecology has also become a good scenery to attract many tourists. In recent years, Changting has fully launched the protection and development of famous cities, integrating and developing global tourism resources such as red culture, Hakka culture, green culture and historical culture, and the ancient city of Changting, which was once raised in the deep and unknown to the people, is gradually lifting her beautiful veil.

The local area actively develops ecological tourism, and builds ecological scenic spots such as longmen scenic spot at the source of the Tingjiang River, Anjie-Xinqiao Tingjiang Ten Mile Ecological Gallery, Cewu Nankeng Beautiful Rural Demonstration Garden, Hetian Soil and Water Conservation Science and Education Park, and Sanzhou National Wetland Park, forming a unique ecological civilization tourism and sightseeing route, attracting more than 1 million leisure tourists every year...

At the same time, the Ancient Opera Stage, the Eight Joy Hall, the Song Cihang Stack, the Wolong Academy, the Night Tour Tingjiang... In the core area of the ancient city of Changting Protection, the main tourist scenic spot of "one river and two banks" has added more tourism formats to the restoration and utilization, the transformation of the four major historical and cultural blocks has been steadily advancing, and the charm of the millennium ancient city has gradually become stronger.

Red tourism is an important part of Changting Cultural Tourism. In August this year, Changting County was included in the first batch of demonstration counties for the protection and utilization of cultural relics in the Long March National Cultural Park, and is also a key county of the Long March National Cultural Park (Fujian section). Changting County plans to spend about 4 years to focus on planning and building four main functional areas, such as control and protection, theme display, cultural and tourism integration, and traditional utilization.
