With a construction area of 144,500 square meters and a project cost of about 1.4 billion yuan, the "three museums in one" project has the highest 11 floors above ground and 2 floors underground, which will create a world-class waterfront cultural landmark and accelerate the quality improvement and development of the White Swan Lake Business District.
On the morning of December 11, the 3-story corridor upgrading project of the "three museums in one" project was successfully completed, marking the completion of the main body of the steel structure of the project. Nanfang Daily reporter learned from the steel structure team of China Construction Third Bureau and One Company that at present, the Guangdong Museum of Art is undergoing the construction of the 6th floor structure, the Guangdong Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition Center has been capped, and next, the Guangdong Literature Museum is also about to be capped, and the "three museums in one" project is expected to achieve the main structure capping early next year.
Positioned as an "internationally renowned, Asian first-class, domestically leading" modern cultural expo group, "three museums in one" will fully highlight Guangdong's characteristics and international standards, with the organic integration of regionality, culture and the times, to create a "new landmark in Southern Guangdong, new business card of Yangcheng" with rich cultural imagery and elegant artistic bits.
The 800-ton steel structure corridor was successfully lifted in place for 20 days
Reinforced concrete is bone, fire spray is blood, interior decoration is flesh, if the human body composition is used as a metaphor for the building body, the steel structure is undoubtedly a strong "bone" that supports a building. When the main body of the steel structure is successfully welded together, the outline of a building is already inseparable from the distance.
Whether standing at Huangsha Pier or Taikoo Cang, we can see the skeleton outline of "Three Pavilions in One" from a distance. At the height of the tower crane, the corridor weighing 800 tons has been "suspended" in the air, connecting the three "main cabins" of this "giant ship". The two sky corridors of "Three Museums in One" are located on the 3rd and 5th floors of the North Side of the Literature Museum and the Museum of Art, and are divided into two upgrades.
The sky corridor is mainly a 6-box main truss between the two venues, with a maximum weight of 420 tons for a single mallet, a maximum length of 168 meters for trusses, a maximum span of 48 meters for suspension, and a total lifting weight of about 1600 tons.
"Lift, lift, lift, okay, almost to the position..." The voice of the steel structure team workers came from the scene. On the morning of December 11, following the lifting of the 5-story corridor of the "three pavilions in one", the 3-story corridor with a horizontal span of 48 meters also achieved smooth integration within 2 hours, and under the simultaneous action of 12 hydraulic lifters, each extension cylinder and the shrinking cylinder corridor could rise by 25 centimeters.
From the beginning of the assembly to the ascension into place, the 3-story corridor took only 20 days to complete in total. The person in charge of the steel structure team introduced: "When the steel comes, it is a single component, and the workers have completed the overall assembly and welding on the ground, which not only avoids the risk of high-altitude loose assembly operations, but also ensures the assembly accuracy and welding quality." ”
On November 15 this year, the 5-storey corridor as a whole has taken the lead in completing a 30-meter precision lift, and the steel structure and the main structure of the museum have been smoothly spliced, and in less than a month, the two dalian corridors have completed the lifting task. In the future, the two corridors will connect the "three halls", so that visitors can access all the exhibition halls without leaving the room.
The "Three Museums in One" consists of three venues and two single buildings, of which the Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition Center is not separated from the Literature Museum, and the Art Museum is an independent single building with 11 floors. From a distance, the three major pavilions are distributed from low to high like three steps, and people can enjoy the beautiful river scenery in the staggered structure.
"Not only that, but we will also build a narrow corridor on the 6th floor, which can also connect two major building units." According to the person in charge of the steel structure team, the main body of the "three museums in one" project is a curtain wall steel structure building, and the following 3 floors will be built into a holistic large-span space as the antechamber of the venue.
Judging from the renderings, this "giant ship" raised 3 "sails", as if sailing ships were cruising on the Pearl River. "Sail" is a viewing space created by the conical glass room, which will become a leisure place suitable for both viewing and being seen in the museum. It is conceivable that whenever night falls, the lights in the venue will light up the glass house into a glowing "diamond", which will reflect the brilliant night sky. Under the goal of creating a high-quality waterfront cultural landscape, several water trestles will be built on the riverbank of the "Three Museums in One" project to extend people's public activity space from land to water.
The three construction concepts highlight the craftsmanship
High-quality development requires high-quality urban construction.
