Meet the fifth grade again, or the familiar taste

author:Anda da da da da

Last Wednesday, after finishing my second-grade substitute assignment, I reported to the fifth grade. Fifth grade... This is my second time teaching fifth grade at Experimental Elementary School. It is said that this is a class with a large number of boys, and the class atmosphere is extremely active, like the "Tiger and Tiger Youth League" that I once taught.

I thought to myself that this was not a good time for me to go to fifth grade, because my throat was in a "decadent period", maybe a cold, maybe a pharyngitis attack, in short, there were no other symptoms, just a sore throat, coughing non-stop, unable to say a few coherent words.

Relatively speaking, fifth graders have higher expectations of new teachers. I don't know how I'm going to do my first class in this state. The first lesson is usually important, especially for a class with a distinct personality, and the first lesson of a new teacher often has a huge impact on the future mode of getting along with teachers and students.

I know that they have finished "Motherly Love", the next text is "The Boat of Father's Love", maybe I can continue to talk about it, but after thinking about it, I decided not to study the first lesson.

Before entering the classroom, I held my water cup and stood in the hallway with the class teacher, Teacher Fei, for a while, and had a preliminary understanding of the class situation. When I was talking to Teacher Fei, I heard a sharp proclamation from a boy in the class behind me: The Chinese teacher is coming! The Chinese teacher is here!

Then a few children huddled around the door frame and looked out. When I walked into the classroom, they were still observing me, and some of my classmates were looking at me playfully.

I started coughing again and hurried to drink water. After stabilizing, I signaled them to make a small noise, I lowered my voice, tried to control the desire to cough, and said: I hope you can take care of the teacher, because the teacher has an acute pharyngitis attack, the throat is very uncomfortable, you keep quiet, I whisper, the voice can be more comfortable, okay?

They were very quiet, and the whole class was kept quiet. I continued to introduce myself in a low, slight voice.

My name — I wrote my name on the blackboard, "You can call me Teacher Gao." ”

I am - three more words on the blackboard - "Linyi people".

"This is my eighth year of teaching." When I finished saying this, some of them exclaimed "ah" and I don't know if they were surprised at the short or long time I taught.

The students I have taught—"secondary school students, college students..." I changed my tone and softened: "Elementary school students."

The subjects I have taught — "Secondary School Language, College Language, and then ..." Again, the tone of the tone changed, and it was gentle: "Primary School Language".

The children let out exclamations again, and some boys quietly burst out into a foul mouth: I lean on!

I continued my hobby: "Reading! One of the things I have to do every day is to read twenty or thirty pages of paper books. If you don't read it, the day is less fulfilling. ”

There was another exclamation below.

"The book I was most recently reading was 'The Miracle Education of Teacher Ron', and when I opened the book, I was moved to tears when I read the first page, and just last night, when I read more than a hundred pages, I was laughed out of tears by a story in it. I wish you could have such a wonderful experience in the book as well. ”

In fact, because of the relationship between my voice, every time I say a word, I have to split into a few words and a few words, the voice is thick and low, and every few minutes I have to drink a small sip of water to suppress the cough. But I saw that almost all the children below were looking at me with shining eyes.

"My second hobby is painting. That's why I've taught art before. ”

There was a little discussion below, and soon they calmed down.

"I also have a hobby, writing. I sincerely say: I'm not talking about writing like a big writer, we don't have to seek much influence, we're just bravely expressing and enjoying the pleasure of expression. Writing is not necessarily just a matter for big writers, because now is the era of self-media, everyone can freely express themselves through various platforms, whether through words or others, I hope that students can also write bravely and persistently. ”

Next, I shared my personal public account with the children, the Tiger And Tiger Youth League, and told them that this is the public account I use to share my life and share students' works. The name of the official account was determined by me together with my previous class of students. I look forward to seeing more of my classmates' works soon.

"The last hobby, dubbing..." As soon as I said the word "dubbing", there was a small discussion sound below, and some classmates immediately said several software names about dubbing. However, immediately some students stopped the noise with a "boo" gesture.

I went on to say, "I like the challenge, what loli tone, zhengtai tone, maiden tone, royal sister tone, uncle tone, youth tone, old age tone... I'm learning and trying. I hope that everyone can try something different and enrich their lives. ”

In fact, I do have this hobby, but my ability is still very average. Each of them listened very carefully. The whole self-introduction went very smoothly, fortunately the voice was very low, just a few coughs occasionally. If it weren't for the throat problem, if it wasn't for such an opportunity, I am afraid that I would not have done such a self-introduction. In the past, there was usually only one sentence, "My surname is Gao, please call me Teacher Gao", and then I began to lecture.

After introducing themselves, the children took out the paper and pen that I had asked them to prepare and began to answer the questions I asked. 1. What books have you read? Write as much as you can in a limited amount of time. Mark the book you're reading, and if you haven't read it recently, write that you haven't read it recently. 2. Do you have a habit of journaling and how much do you write? 3. What is the biggest difficulty you have encountered in language learning? Why? Next, I asked two more questions related to language learning, and they answered them one by one.

Last question: "Do you have any whispered words to Teacher Gao?" It can be a suggestion, it can be a share, or it can be a warning. I pretended to be relaxed. When I heard the "warning", the boys seemed to be very interested, some smiling with their mouths, some with oil pens and heavy points, as if they wanted to warn me. Two minutes before the end of the class, all the children's answer papers were collected, and I said, "Coming to Japan, we will have many opportunities to get to know and understand each other in the future. The class leader shouted "Stand up", everyone shouted "Goodbye Teacher", and the class ended smoothly.

I held their answers in my hand and walked out of the classroom and into the office with anticipation...
