In this twin-city photo exhibition, the theme is clear, the context is clear, the pictures and texts are rich, and dozens of flat historical pictures are exhibited, which brilliantly presents the important historical facts of Hong Kong and Guangzhou in eight periods, and is divided into seven parts to restore the historical points of the two places working together and advancing and retreating together in seven parts(the same root, the same gas, the same boat, the same source, and the same direction). This time, Hong Kong and Guangzhou not only held an offline twin-city photo exhibition at the same time, but also exhibited online on relevant public accounts and websites.
"Spanning more than two thousand years of time and space, this exhibition began in the Common Era and unfolds to the new era today." Tan Ping, vice mayor of Guangzhou, introduced that Guangzhou, with the Guangzhou Local History Museum as the first exhibition release and unveiling place, simultaneously set up 11 fixed sub-exhibition points in 7 districts such as Huangpu, Haizhu and Huadu, Guangzhou University and Guangzhou Southern College, set up 41 tour exhibition points in 9 districts such as Panyu, Conghua and Baiyun, and set up electronic video exhibitions in 21 streets and 128 primary and secondary schools in Tianhe District, and carried out activities such as entering government agencies, enterprises, schools, communities, villages and networks, with an exhibition venue of about 9,000 square meters.
According to reports, this twin-city photo exhibition not only has rich and profound exhibition content, but also has a number of innovations in the way of exhibition. In addition to the static picture display, it also uses video methods to make intuitive, real, image and dynamic display.
At the same time, on the 13th, the "Guangzhou Digital History Museum" created by the Guangzhou Local History Museum was also officially launched. The museum comprehensively uses cutting-edge technologies such as virtual reality and 720° panorama, as well as robots to provide full audio explanations, allowing the audience to fully experience the "never ending" Guangzhou Shizhi online exhibition.
