Outpatient settings, staffing, equipment allocation
According to the construction plan formulated by the Hebei Provincial Health Commission, the "three-child" eugenics guidance clinic has a eugenics guidance clinic, an examination room and a comprehensive evaluation room for psychology and nutrition in the outpatient setting, with a relatively concentrated area, reasonable layout, warm environment, convenient treatment, and optimized process.
In terms of staffing, the outpatient medical staffing matches the workload, and the outpatient physician should have the title of deputy senior or above or an experienced senior attending physician, master the professional knowledge and skills of obstetrics and gynecology, medical genetics, medical psychology, etc., and be able to identify and deal with complications/complications during pregnancy.
