It is reported that the "early" service launched by Wenjiang District covers 10 categories, namely business license, food business license, food three small filing certificate, food production license, drug business license, third class medical device business license, industrial product production license, inspection and testing agency qualification identification, special equipment production license, and enterprise annual report publicity.
In terms of business licenses, according to Article 50 of the Administrative Licensing Law of the People's Republic of China, "where a licensee needs to extend the validity period of an administrative license obtained in accordance with law, it shall submit an application to the administrative organ that made the administrative licensing decision 30 days before the expiration of the validity period of the administrative license." The "call early" service launched this time will be reminded 40 days before the expiration of the administrative license.
Another example is the drug business license, according to Article 51 of the Drug Administration Law of the People's Republic of China, Article 17 of the Regulations on the Implementation of the Drug Administration Law of the People's Republic of China, and Article 19 of the Measures for the Administration of Drug Business Licenses: "The validity period of the Drug Business License is 5 years. Where it is necessary to continue to operate drugs at the expiration of the validity period, the licensed enterprise shall apply for the renewal of the "Drug Business License" in accordance with the provisions of the drug supervision and administration department under the State Council 6 months before the expiration of the license. The "call early" service project launched this time will be reminded 7 months and 3 months before the expiration of the license validity period.
Another example is the special equipment production license, according to the "Special Equipment Production and Filling Unit Licensing Rules": "If the license-holding unit needs to continue to engage in corresponding activities after the expiration of its license, it shall submit an application for renewal of the license to the licensing authority 6 months before the expiration of its license validity period." The "call early" service will be reminded 7 months before the expiration of the license.
"The validity period is a 'term' in the field of market supervision, and the expiration of the validity period will affect the normal operation of market entities." We have carried out advance reminder services for nearly 110,000 market entities in the region, so that everyone can know what to expect and handle relevant procedures in advance to ensure that business activities are not affected. When talking about the original intention of the launch of the "call early" service, the relevant person in charge of the Wenjiang District Market Supervision Bureau said.
The reporter learned that the 10 categories of "early calling" services launched by Wenjiang District this time are scheduled to be implemented from December 25 this year. For the market entities and regulatory service objects in the whole district, the Wenjiang District Market Supervision Bureau has opened a special SMS service desk for "Wenjiang District Inter-city Warm Blue" to carry out "point-to-point" reminder services.
