SF Tongcheng announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on the morning of December 13 that the offer price has been set at HK$16.42 per H share. Based on the offer price of HK$16.42 per H Share, the net proceeds received by the Company from the Global Offering are estimated to be approximately HK$2,031.3 million after deducting underwriting expenses and other estimated expenses payable by the Company in connection with the Global Offering (assuming that the over-allotment option is not exercised). H-shares are expected to commence trading on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange on 14 December 2021 (Tuesday) at 9:00 a.m. (Hong Kong time).
