Ok, we know what the underlying logic means, now let's look at cognition.

Everyone also knows that cognition is an important factor that determines what stage people are in, a person's cognition is his understanding of the world and his understanding of himself, without good cognition, this person will not have a grasp of his future, some words are more thorough, a person's cognitive level determines the quality of life of this person.

So what do we use to support our cognition?

The answer is: the underlying logic.

Everything has an underlying logic, no matter what, we do not need to pursue complex logic, we only need to grasp the underlying logic, we do things very poorly.

The master is the one who simplifies complex things, but how to simplify them? Certainly can not be forced, blind simplification, we need to grasp the underlying logic to decompose, to simplify.

For example, doing business, now we know a lot of concepts, what new retail, ecosystem, sharing economy, metacosm, etc., but has the underlying logic of doing business changed? No, it is still doing business, still the three elements of channels, commodities, and users, still the structural logic of people, goods, and fields, and it is still 4P and 4C, which has not changed.

Today I would like to share my understanding of the underlying logic.

First, invariance is the underlying logic.

No matter how time passes, how the environment migrates, the place where things do not change is the underlying logic, such as in business, the unchanged is that consumers like good quality and low price, like better shopping experience, like faster logistics, etc., these are the underlying logic of business, such as the human goods yard we are talking about, that is, the three elements of business unchanged, these are the underlying logic.

In life, we also have a lot of constants, such as the pursuit and yearning for a better life, such as getting rid of poverty and getting rich, common prosperity, which is the underlying logic of people's good life.

Those same and unchanging things between different things are the underlying logic, and we can better understand the essence of things and work and live better by grasping these underlying logics.

Second, survival is the underlying logic.

As a kind of animal, man cannot escape the essence of animals, what is the essence of animals? That is, all actions are for survival. Whether it is an individual, an organization, or a business, in essence, all actions are for survival, and for better survival.

For example, the enterprise, as an organization composed of individuals, is essentially a group of people united in order to survive, reach cooperation, and better survive, then all the business actions of this enterprise are for survival, there is an absolute competitive advantage in the market, there is a very good profit model, which is for the performance of survival. To do a good job in the enterprise is essentially to live and live well.

Sometimes people look at a lot of businesses and there are some business actions that you can't understand on the surface, but if you look deeply, if you start from the perspective of survival, it is easy to understand all the business actions of this enterprise.

Third, human nature is the underlying logic.

Can humanity be overcome? After such a long history of mankind, it is invincible, and the ups and downs of each stage and each dynasty in history are in line with the characteristics and changes of human nature. Many great historical people like to watch "Zizhi Tongjian", why? Because we can gain insight into the law behind the development of history, that is, the law of human nature, many things are the repetition of history, this sentence itself is not about the repetition of the environment and the model, but about the repetition of human nature.

Society itself is an environment in which people are interconnected, and it is about human nature. I remember that in the TV series "Young Marshal", Zhang Zuolin said: The jianghu is not fighting and killing, the jianghu is human and sophisticated, which is very profound, fighting and killing is not a superficial fight and killing, behind the fight and killing is the sophistication of human feelings, and it is the sophistication of people between various power relations networks.
