Lishui Haoting Community was built in 2006, "although the standard of development and construction was not low, but after such a long time, there have been many problems in the community." According to the staff of Lishui Residential Area, in recent years, problems such as the lack of street lights and aging infrastructure in the community have been further highlighted, especially in the walled area in the northeast of the community, which has produced many hidden dangers. In order to improve the community environment, since November this year, under the leadership of the party branch of the residential area, the community transformation work has been started.
△ Renovate the wasteland, add seats, and solar lights
The first problem to be solved is a long-standing wasteland along the wall. "It's really ugly to be desolate, and there are problems such as dust, so it's better to pave it first and then consider the use." In the early stage, the party branch of the residential area organized the industry committee and the resident representatives to conduct a full discussion. After some discussion, the idea of laying colored cement first was unanimously agreed by everyone. In early November, taking advantage of the good weather, the residential area quickly organized all parties to complete the transformation.

Site beautification is beginning to pay off, but the lack of lighting is still another major problem in the area. It is understood that there are parking lots, walking paths and newly planned leisure and recreation areas along the northeast wall of the community. Originally, the lighting at the place was only provided by scattered lighting facilities, and the access to the parking lot and daily walking around were basically "one black" with two eyes, which was easy to cause safety accidents.
To this end, after many comparisons, the residential area decided to install solar street lights on the wall to ensure basic lighting. At present, all 36 solar lights have been installed. "Street lights illuminate the way home, and also make the night in the community a little more beautiful." Many residents praised this.
The open space is there, and the lighting is sufficient, so can we use this area to make some trouble? In order not to let the "vacant land" empty, the residential area staff began to think about the use of the vacant land. In this regard, their first thought is to install a few chairs: "Many aunts and uncles in the community like to walk, and this utilization rate is relatively high." ”

On the other hand, considering that the original children's play area in the community is very old, the residential area intends to plan a new children's play area here. "Although this piece of land is not too big, it connects the area where residents relax and live, and when the play area is completed, adults can take their children for a walk and play with the slide, which is very convenient." Residential area staff said.
At present, the residential area has been laid with fine sand in the vacant space reserved in the northeast corner, and plans to add some children's entertainment facilities.
