Quality characteristics of oolong tea:
Shape: The cord is thick, the color is like frog skin, and it is dark brown.
Endoplasm: Fresh aroma, floral or honey, soup color orange yellow or golden bright, taste mellow and sweet, leaf bottom green belly red trim. High-grade green tea must have a charm. For example, Wuyi rock tea needs to have the rock rhyme of rock bone tea fragrance. Anxi Tieguanyin needs to have a unique fragrance of Guanyin rhyme. Excellent varieties of tea, all have special aroma types, such as cinnamon cinnamon fragrance, Huang Dan peach fragrance, phoenix single fir has a natural floral fragrance.
2. Variety requirements
The tea plant varieties that make green tea are the best to select the middle leaf species, followed by the small leaf species, and the large leaf species are generally not suitable for green tea.
According to the practical experience of production, oolong tea made of daffodils, hairy crabs, Qilan, bergamot, Huangdan, Meizhan, Oolong, Dahongpao, Cinnamon, Taoren, Tieguanyin, Jinxuan, Jade, Mingke No. 1, Dangui, Shan Fir and other varieties of oolong tea is of good quality.
