At 23:00 on December 7, 2021, Lu Mou, a close contact of a confirmed case in 1 exceptional province and city in Gulou District, Nanjing City, continued to test for nucleic acid during home health monitoring after the end of the centralized isolation period, and the result was positive (it has been immediately transferred to Nanjing Public Health Medical Center to standardize isolation diagnosis and treatment). On the morning of the 8th, it was diagnosed as a confirmed case of new coronary pneumonia (ordinary type) by the municipal expert group.
Lu Mou, a close contact of a confirmed case in another province and city, was released from centralized isolation for medical observation on December 5, during which 11 nucleic acid test results were negative. On December 5, it was converted to home health monitoring, and on December 6 and 7, it went to the nucleic acid sampling point of Kinda Garden as required to conduct nucleic acid sampling, and the test result was negative on the 6th and positive on the 7th.
After receiving the report, the municipal and district levels immediately launched an emergency response mechanism and quickly carried out epidemiological investigations, personnel investigations, nucleic acid testing, transfer and isolation and other measures. On the morning of December 6, he did not go out, and at 16:05 in the afternoon, he took a taxi (license plate number: Su A84621) from near Hankou West Road in Nanxiu Village to the Nucleic Acid Sampling Point of Jinda Garden, and after the sampling was completed, he took the same taxi home at 16:45, wearing a mask and sitting in the back seat. At 17:22, I got off the bus near Taogu New Village and walked to home at No. 12 Nanxiu Village, but did not leave. At 9:05 on December 7, I went to the Cainiao Station Express Locker at No. 8 Nanxiu Village to pick up the courier, and walked back to the home of No. 12 Nanxiu Village at 9:08, wearing a mask during the period. At 9:48, take a taxi (license plate number: Su A96F0Z) at the junction of Nanxiu Village and Shanghai Road to the nucleic acid sampling point of Jinda Garden, after the sampling is completed, take a taxi (license plate number: Su A95062) to the junction of Nanxiu Village and Shanghai Road at 10:17, wear a mask throughout the whole process, sit in the back seat, and return to the home of No. 12 Nanxiu Village at 10:39.
