Final day
On December 5th, after 10 match days, the final of the 2021 China Telecom Chaozhou Futsal League was played at the OCT Pure Waterfront Football Stadium, and the two teams participating in the final were Jieguangzheng Experimental School and Seiko Electromechanical Dongzhiyang. In the final, the two teams drew 2:2 in regular time, and finally in the penalty shootout, Seiko Electromechanical Higashi Yoshinobu defeated Jieguangzheng Experimental School 4:3 to win the championship of this competition! JieguangZheng Experimental School won the second place, and Laiyuan Four Seasons won the third place. Rongzhiqiao, Speed Constant Temperature Pavilion Yongzu, Letu ~ Peace Pigeon Dental, South Gate, North Gate, Jieyang Hengxin Kaisa Football Team ranked 4 to 8th respectively and won the winner's award.
The tournament was guided by Chaozhou Culture, Radio, Television, Tourism and Sports Bureau, sponsored by Chaozhou Football Association, named by China Telecom Chaozhou Branch, and hosted by Chaozhou Appeal Sports Culture Communication Co., Ltd.
