"Evil Son" - Bai Xianyong's Young Bird Wandering in the Middle of the Night (I)

author:Nova Society

Whether it is a beginning, a halfway or a final end reading. This book brought me a lot of ups and downs. With curiosity about this group, I opened Bai Xianyong's work "Evil Son". In fact, the social environment in which our generation is located greatly determines that we have the beautiful character of tolerance. I was curious about them before reading this book. But we have always maintained a respectful and distancing attitude. This book allows me to treat them as real equals, without curiosity, without different visions, without any other, that is, true equality, no different from heterosexual equality.

"Evil Son" - Bai Xianyong's Young Bird Wandering in the Middle of the Night (I)

"The Evil Son" tells me that they are different from the people they love, and that there is no difference between them and us. In the same teenage years, riding in pairs will sweat on the court, and there are good people like us and young people. If you have to look for a trace of strangeness in this entanglement, it should be that they are so distressing, because most of them live carefully and trembling.

Bai Xianyong said that this book was written for the children who wandered alone on the streets and had no place to go in the deepest and deepest darkness. However, the people who wander the streets in the dark are not only the young birds who have been left behind by society and abandoned by their families, but also thousands of other people. So I think everyone should read this book, not just to get to know a group that is marginalized by our society. There are many stories in the book, and every sad, sad story will make us understand a lot. If someone asks me what I understand, I'll tell you you're going to see for yourself.

The book is divided into four parts: Banishment, In Our Kingdom, the Land of Peace, and the Journey of the Birds of Youth. The first part is very short, and the hundred characters are written about the protagonist A Qing and the school librarian who committed obscene acts and were found to be expelled from the school. I see some people think that the school can not tolerate homosexuality, so they are expelled, but I think the focus should be on the high school students and school staff and teachers to be reluctant, change gender, it is also a violation of morality, the normal situation should also be expelled!

The middle two parts are the focus of the book. The second part is about a group of young birds that have become a country of their own next to the lotus pond in the park. They did not dare to haunt during the day, but wandered the streets in the silent night, because the night was not defended. They gathered at the lotus pond in the depths of the park, and Guo Gonggong recorded their appearance when they first entered the lotus pond in the "Youth Bird Collection". They debuted in the park under the guidance of Yang Jiaotou, and the price of young bodies and handsome faces varied from tens to hundreds of yuan.

Reading this, I actually wanted to abandon the book, because their behavior was different from my education and the social atmosphere in which I lived, which made me feel disdainful. I respect them, and although this respect comes from the fact that they have nothing to do with me, in my traditional view they are a group of careful people, like rats, who run around whenever the wind blows. I wish I had read of such a group of people, a group of homosexuals who conform to my traditional understanding, in order to win my sympathy and mercy and to place my overflowing Virgin Heart. No matter how useless and ridiculous he is. But the author is not, he violently tears apart my hypocrisy, hypocrisy, ignores my discomfort, and throws a truth at me nakedly. They are a bunch of promiscuous people, whether the buyer is a boss with wrinkled skin and a crowded face or a middle-aged obscene uncle with yellow teeth, a stinky mouth, and a big belly. None of them cared.

As a qualified reader, it is somewhat inappropriate to give up halfway. So I continued to read after some "moral struggles." Glad I didn't give up, otherwise I wouldn't have had a lot of beautiful stories behind me. Long Zi and Ah Feng, Wu Min and Mr. Zhang, Mouse and treasure chest, Xiaoyu with cherry blossom dreams, and Fu Laozi who regrets lifelong.

After Being named "Little Goshawk" and put into the "Youth Bird Collection", Ah Qing debuted in the park with Yang Jiaotou. Ah Qing was strong and had a beautiful face, and soon became a big red man in the park. Ah Qing also met Xiao Yu, who is also a red man, as well as Wu Min and Mouse. There is also the Sister Li Yue who was left behind by her lover and raised her son alone.

In my limited understanding of life, I believe that sex and love are equal, and there can be no sex without love. However, Sister Liyue could work as a prostitute while telling Ah Qing that if the negative man came back, she would still be willing to sleep with him.

What about rats! Despite always being punched and kicked by his brother, he never tried to leave that home, perhaps coveting the innate feeling of home brought about by that weak blood connection. If it weren't for the last brother's rotten peach who stole his Parker pen and touched his treasure chest, he probably wouldn't have chosen to leave.

Wu Min, another poor man. In my opinion, he is the most tragic character in the whole book. The tragic fates of others seem to have been caused by character, shadows of self-selection. Wu Min is not, he is completely strangled by the cruel hand of fate, his misery has no choice, nowhere to hide, and is always passively forced. The mother who cheated on someone, was kicked out of the house, the drug addict, and the father who was imprisoned. Mr. Zhang, who ruthlessly abandoned him after a short period of warmth, was not his choice. In the end, when he could make a choice, he still chose to return to Mr. Zhang. At that time, Wu Min seemed to have completely forgotten the awkward appearance of being abandoned. Forget the hideous scar on his wrist, and remember that when he first entered the bright and spacious apartment, he washed in the bathroom for more than an hour.

Kodama, who has unrealistic dreams of cherry blossoms, is bent on going to Japan to find his hated father and wants to take a picture of him in a white kimono under the cherry blossoms in Tokyo. He seems to be greasy and slippery, unrestrained, but he is the most transparent and the most understanding. I have been expecting Xiaoyu to let go of her obsession and live well with her friends and mother. However, the so-called obsession is stubborn and cannot be put down. So in the end, he jumped ship to Tokyo. There he learned that there were dozens of Nakajima Masao in Tokyo, and as Hayashi had said before, he searched one by one on the streets of Tokyo according to the address, and he found Masao Nakajima from Tianjin, and found Masao Nakajima, who was a plastic surgeon, selling free milk, and electrical appliances, but none of them were Nakajima Masao from Shiseido. I kind of hoped that he would find out, but not so hopefully, what Xiao Yu would become after solving the obsession. I can't think of it either, happy? Loss?
