The pressure cooker version of dongpo meat is simple and delicious

Ingredients: pork belly 300 g dark soy sauce 30 ml soy sauce 70 ml, rice wine 200 ml rock sugar 100 g chives 100 g, ginger 30 g.

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients, cut the pork belly into pieces, and cut the ginger into slices.

Step 2: Put the pork belly in cold water and cook for five minutes, then remove and set aside.

Step 3: Spread the washed chives in a pressure cooker and place the ginger slices on top of the chives.

Step 4: Put the cut pork belly skin down into the pot, then pour the rock sugar, soy sauce and rice wine into the pot in turn.

Step 5: Cover the pressure cooker lid, press the stew key, turn the pork belly over after the pure meat is over, and cook for about ten minutes.
