author:Beijing News

Beijing News (reporter Wang Sijiao) Beijing News reporter learned on December 1 that in the food unqualified notice recently issued by the Jiangsu Market Supervision Bureau, a batch of "Oujia" pickled pepper chicken claw colonies produced by Nanjing Oujia Food Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Oujia Food"), a company listed on the New Fourth Board, was unqualified.

According to the announcement, the total number of colonies of "Oujia" pickled pepper claw (500 g/bag, 2021-07-10) produced by Nanjing Oujia Food Technology Co., Ltd. did not meet the national food safety standards. The five detection values of the samples were 620,000 CFU/g, 40CFU/g, 60 CFU/g, 2.2 million CFU/g, and 30 CFU/g, respectively, while the upper limit of the national standard value was 100,000 CFU/g.

According to the data of Tianyancha, Oujia Food was established in August 2018 with a registered capital of 6 million yuan, mainly engaged in food production, food management, food Internet sales, etc. According to the official website of Jiangsu Equity Exchange Center, in October 2018, Oujia Food was listed on the New Fourth Board.

Jiangsu Market Supervision Bureau reminds that the total number of colonies reflects the hygiene status of food in the production process. If the total number of colonies in food is seriously exceeded, it will destroy the nutritional composition of food, accelerate food spoilage, and may endanger human health. The reason why the total number of colonies in food exceeds the standard may be that the enterprise does not strictly control the sanitary conditions of the production and processing process as required, and may also be related to the improper sealing of the product packaging or improper storage and transportation conditions.

Around the causes and treatment methods of the pickled pepper claw colony exceeding the standard, on December 1, the Beijing News reporter called Oujia Food according to the Tianyancha telephone, and the staff said that the total number of colonies exceeded the standard was caused by improper storage of the product due to temperature and other external factors during transportation, although the relevant logistics stage has been out of the company's control scope, but the company has also emphasized the prevention of similar problems with dealers, and recalled according to the regulations of the regulatory authorities, and handled the batch of products.
