1. Steadily and orderly promote the resumption of work and production of enterprises within the jurisdiction of Aihui District, and enterprises and industrial and commercial households closely related to the production and life of the masses should apply to the competent departments of the industry under the premise of strictly implementing epidemic prevention and control measures, and may resume business after approval and approval. The competent departments of the industry should strengthen supervision, strictly investigate the relevant responsibilities for unauthorized business, and immediately shut down all those who do not strictly implement the epidemic prevention and control regulations.
2. Party and government organs, enterprises and institutions at all levels should strictly control the frequency and number of participants of all kinds of offline meetings, and staff should take the lead in not gathering for meals, gatherings, and gatherings. All kinds of schools in Aihui District temporarily carry out online classes. All kinds of old-age care institutions, welfare homes, prisons, and drug rehabilitation centers strictly implement closed management.
3. All railway stations, bus stations, airports and highway epidemic prevention checkpoints in the city should strictly check the "two codes and two certificates" (itinerary code, health code, resident identity card, and negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours) for personnel entering and leaving Heihe City, and "landing must be checked" for returnees who cannot provide a negative nucleic acid test certificate, and the results must wait for the results in the designated place before the test results are released.
4. Those who do not report, conceal, delay in reporting their itinerary, or refuse to implement prevention and control measures will be seriously investigated for responsibility in accordance with laws and regulations.
5. Advocate that the general public do not organize and participate in gathering activities, strengthen personal protection (wearing masks, frequent hand washing, regular ventilation, one-meter line), and pay attention to personal health. If fever, dry cough, fatigue, decreased sense of smell and taste, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat, conjunctivitis, myalgia and diarrhea and other symptoms appear, you should wear a mask to the nearest fever clinic in time, avoid taking public transportation during the treatment, and take the initiative to inform your travel history, contact history and personal occupation.
