The person in charge of the investment promotion line said straight to the point that it is necessary to make efforts and make a fuss about innovating investment promotion methods, activating investment promotion mechanisms, optimizing investment promotion environment, meticulously compiling investment maps and industrial planning maps, extending, refining, and completing the modern service industry chain, and realizing the development of industrial agglomeration. Focus on improving the "hard environment" for investment, improving the "soft environment" for services, and ensuring that projects can be attracted, retained, and grown.

The person in charge of the project construction line said that it is necessary to keep an eye on the target, reverse the construction period, hang up the map operation, and ensure that the SF Comprehensive Service Center starts construction in January 2022; Ruijin Business Center, the construction of the boutique city on the north side of Century Avenue, the District Elderly Hospital, the Road Supporting Project of the Gangzhong Industrial Park and other projects start construction in chronological order; grasp the carry-over project Wuqi Road Primary and Secondary School, and create a home to be completed and delivered in August next year; Yining Comprehensive Energy Application Technology Industrial Park will complete fine decoration and equipment commissioning at the end of March next year; Lingang (Yancheng) Artificial Intelligence Research Institute, Yandu serviced apartments completed more than 60% of the decoration workload before the Spring Festival, synchronously started furniture and equipment procurement and ordering and other related work, and completed the decoration and equipment commissioning of the entire project in early April.

The street will also continue to develop the headquarters building economy, bigger and stronger automobile service building, financial building, Shenzhou Haoyuan, Ruijin building, Platinum Plaza characteristic buildings; focus on the development of the new city business center science and technology innovation service industry and the Internet of Things building, Yancheng e-commerce industrial park, Yanzhou Square digital economy. Strengthen the adjustment and optimization of enterprises within the building, while consolidating the 100 million yuan building of the automobile service building, strive to add more than 50 million yuan in taxes in 2022, and one building of 30 million yuan each.
