In order to strengthen the standardization and standardization of the grass-roots party branch team of civil defense, concentrate on expanding the effective way to create demonstration points of party branches, focus on giving full play to the complementary advantages of party building to lead the integration of business, and promote the comprehensive development and common progress of the party group work of the Shanghai Civil Defense Supervision Center and the Prevention and Rescue Center, on November 24, the branch party building experience forum led by the deputy secretaries of the party committees of both sides and attended by the secretaries of the party and league branches was successfully held.
Party building leads and empowers the new growth of branches
The two sides held a discussion for half a day, and the collision of ideas was full of sparks. From the role of the temporary party branch to the joint construction of party building activities, from the creation of branch demonstration points to the party building to lead the competition for excellence, from the five-star party member point system party group work closely integrated, from the volunteer service of party members to the construction of the party style and clean government system... The two sides respectively combined with the exploration of practical cases in their respective fields, and conducted in-depth and simple analysis and interpretation with vivid and specific examples, which further expanded the vision and ideas of both sides to better exert the organizational strength of the branches. At the same time, it also further stimulated the in-depth thinking of the two sides on the role of the branch put forward by the leaders of the implementation office, such as "ideological guidance, organizational cohesion, performance of duties, and demonstration drive".
