Recently, the Overseas Talent Entrepreneurship Conference was held in the Yuhua Block of changsha area of the Hunan Pilot Free Trade Zone, and 18 returnee entrepreneurial projects from Beijing and Changsha competed on the same stage to learn from each other's strong points.
Overseas Talent Entrepreneurship Conference is an innovation and entrepreneurship platform for global overseas talents focused on chaoyang district in Beijing, including brand content such as entrepreneurship competitions and innovation summits. Since its inception in 2013, it has attracted more than 23,000 returned or overseas entrepreneurs from more than 20 countries and regions, and more than 5,000 projects have been selected to land.
In May this year, the Economic and Social Development Forum of Changsha, Beijing and Chaoyang in Hunan was held in Changsha, and the two places signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement and 12 special cooperation agreements to jointly write a new chapter in cross-regional cooperation.
Liu Jiaowen received his Ph.D. from the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom, and his entrepreneurial projects are dedicated to the cultivation of young people's scientific quality and innovation ability. Relying on artificial intelligence, big data, adaptive testing and other technologies, the project explores innovative learning systems suitable for young people, and strives to let children understand and love natural sciences, applied sciences, social humanities, and tailor project-based inquiry methods for them.
From new retail to cultural creativity, from smart homes to camping fairs, 18 returnee entrepreneurial projects have appeared and won the favor of participants and investment institutions. It is understood that at the event, 6 entrepreneurial projects from Beijing also signed a landing service agreement with Changsha's "HaimengDao" maker space, which will create a growth environment for efficient development and provide services for talents at home and abroad to start a business in Hunan.
