He is Li Jiang, an instructor of the four major teams of the criminal investigation detachment of the Hengyang City Public Security Bureau, from hiring police dog trainers to "second-level heroic models of the national public security system", in the 24 years of serving as a policeman, he has been righteous again and again, and has stepped forward again and again, and Li Jiang has never regretted it. He said that being a policeman is his life's dream and pursuit, chasing dreams and fearing bullets.

At 3:00 a.m. on December 22, 2017, Li Jiang received a police order to search for Chen Mou, a suspect involved in guns in Xinhua County, Loudi City, and he did not dare to delay for a moment, and immediately led the team to the scene overnight.
This time, Li Jiang was once again faced with the danger of bullets flying.
On December 22 of that year, a gun murder occurred in Xinhua County. After the suspect Chen Mouxiang shot and killed 2 people, he absconded with guns and bullets. The Criminal Investigation Corps of the Hunan Provincial Public Security Department mobilized police dogs from all over the province to rush to the scene, and Li Jiang was ordered to participate in the battle.
On the afternoon of the 24th, Li Jiang and his comrades-in-arms launched a search in Sanbanqiao Village, Ketou Township, Xinhua County. He suddenly found that after the boulder about 3 meters away, he stretched out two feet. He quickly lay down and tumbled to the ridge to hide, waving a warning to his teammates. Police dogs and special police surrounded the boulder, captured Chen Mouxiang in one fell swoop, and retrieved 2 magazines and 8 bullets from his body, and Li Jiang was also awarded the first class of merit.
As a police dog trainer, he either trains dogs at the base or searches for them in the mountains.
In August 2019, in the Qinghai "8.07" black-related project supervised by the National Anti-Organized Crime Office, the body of a victim has not been found because of the long history of the case. Li Jiang, as the backbone of the Hunan police dog combat team, took the dog to the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. He and his comrades-in-arms overcame difficulties such as altitude sickness and topographic changes, combined with other technologies to create a new police dog body search technique, accumulatively used police dogs to conduct odor search and odor identification operations more than 1,200 times, and successfully recovered the remains that had been buried for 17 years, which played a key role in the smooth detection of this extraordinarily large crime-related case.

Since engaging in police dog technical work, Li Jiang has used police dogs to investigate more than 730 cases/times in various scenes such as criminal cases, search and rescue, security inspection and explosives, drug seizures, etc., used police dogs to arrest 13 criminal suspects, cracked more than 110 criminal cases (including 31 major cases), and rescued 11 lost people.
