In 2020, Haiyang successfully reached an agreement with Shandong Guoyuanjin Holding Group Co., Ltd. to invest 120 million yuan to build a new material project for solid waste recycling and environmental protection, fill the gap in Haiyang solid waste treatment, "open the knife" to solid waste, and open up the road of green development in Haiyang.
In November 2020, the project officially started construction, mainly building two fully enclosed production lines with a total output of 500 tons per hour and an office building with a total construction area of 22,000 square meters. In order to ensure that the project is completed as scheduled and put into production as soon as possible, Twenty Mile Shop Town takes the initiative to take the initiative to provide services, coordinate and solve the problems encountered for the project side, and cooperate with the department to handle a series of procedures such as land project approval, environmental impact assessment, and safe production, so as to escort the project construction.
"Environmentally friendly treatment of solid waste does not produce secondary pollution, but also the recycled garbage and stone can be screened and processed to make a variety of building materials to achieve waste reuse." Zhou Peng introduced that the recycled solid waste garbage is often complex in composition, containing bricks, plates, steel bars, plastics, wood, glass and other debris, the project will use the latest technology developed by the Beijing Solid Waste Treatment Research Institute, through iron remover, mud removal and other precision screening, leaving available stone, processing into recycled aggregates that can replace natural sand and stone, used for the production of recycled bricks, colored tiles, curb stones, etc., to achieve the construction, use of buildings.
In Shandong Changyue Environmental Protection Building Materials Company, the concept of environmental protection can be described as running through the whole process of solid waste collection, transportation and treatment. In terms of dust removal, the loading link adopts fog cannon humidification, the unloading link is carried out in the field dust removal, the production process is inseparable from vacuuming, the dust that was originally floating in the air, the soil doped in the solid waste garbage is collected, processed into bricks, mud cakes and other environmental protection materials, and the "zero pollution" of solid waste waste treatment is realized.
"The environmental protection treatment of solid waste generated by demolition and construction is the requirement of Haiyang's green development and quality city construction, and we will rationally lay out and build various facilities such as construction waste transfer and allocation, landfill treatment, and resource utilization, and make every effort to control solid waste pollution and protect a pure land." At present, Haiyang Solid Waste Recycling and Environmental Protection New Material Project has completed infrastructure construction, equipment installation, and steel structure production, and is expected to be put into operation in mid-December. After the completion of the project, it can consume about 3 million tons of solid waste per year, solve all kinds of stock and incremental solid waste in Haiyang city and surrounding cities, save a lot of land resources, and is expected to achieve an annual output value of 120 million yuan, profits and taxes of nearly 15 million yuan, driving 500 people to employment, bringing good economic, social and environmental benefits.
Not only that, the environmental protection building materials generated through the reuse of solid waste can also be widely used in municipal facilities, water conservancy projects, "sponge city" construction and prefabricated buildings and other engineering construction fields, reducing the total amount of construction waste from the source, protecting natural resources, so that Haiyang on the road of urbanization development, accompanied by blue sky and white clouds, green water and fresh wind.
