I am very fortunate to be a member of Henan Qianlima Company, where we have a very enthusiastic, very affinity, appeal and influence of young leaders, she is Chai Ying, in the work we all affectionately call her "Minister Chai".

When I first joined the company, there were only three people in our department, and at that time, I was also very confused, I didn't know what I could contribute to the company, I was often criticized, and I didn't look back in my heart, but after every incident, I could always see hope, because I could really feel that I was growing. Later, our team gradually grew, more planning, added administrators, both design, and return visits. As leaders, our ministers can always know people well, take advantage of their strengths, avoid their weaknesses, and enable the wise to do their best and the brave to do their best; the order of such teams is like the lessons of ancient wars.

Time is like an arrow, time is like a shuttle, in the blink of an eye, I have been working here for nearly a year, and due to the environment of the department, I often think of a kind of race - wolves. When we hear the name of the wolf, we may feel a deep panic, but it is well known that wolves are the most orderly and united group of social animals. We can imagine how spectacular it was to look after their prey with their heads down and their eyes wide gray among the majestic mountains! In the process of the growth of the department, our team also has the same unity, my leadership also has the same wisdom, the team in our department is also the true embodiment of the same heart and the bottom of the heart, its profit and loss. Every time the work of the department encounters difficulties, everyone can express their own opinions regardless of the level, sometimes argue endlessly, and suddenly stop abruptly, but nevertheless, we are all for the same goal, and we have achieved the same vision. It was like a pack of wolves in the middle of the night, the unusual howling, eerie, miserable, terrible and beautiful, far away but afraid, and while they howled together, it seemed to be declaring: This is a whole, each member is different, the personality is very different, so it is best not to mess with us. Anyone who has heard the amazing chorus of wolves can attest to the real situation at this moment.

A scattered sand cannot create a statue, and a straw cannot be thrown against the wall against the wind. In order to reduce air resistance, they fly in groups of "people" and rely on constant encouragement to reach their destination. Their cries were not only enthusiastic, but also spiritually inspiring. In our team, as long as you can successfully complete any of the tasks entrusted to you, the leader will give you the most sincere smile, the most motivating praise and the most affectionate encouragement in time, so that your heart is warm. Even if you encounter great difficulties and strong resistance at work, that feeling is sweet, because you know that you can get a smile and a recognition after completing this task, and that's enough! This team style of expressing their individual uniqueness, as well as respecting and encouraging other members to express themselves, will ultimately make our team stronger and more awe-inspiring.

The unity of the wolves is fierce, the flight of the geese is inspiring, and we have a wiser mind than the geese, a passion and rich creativity that is more ferocious than the wolves.
