After a long period of historical development and diversified cultural integration, Ji'an has created a unique flavor of Luling cuisine. In order to promote the high-quality development of the tourism industry, carry forward the history and culture of Luling, enhance the brand competitiveness, influence and market share of Luling cuisine, and continuously develop and innovate Luling cuisine, Ji'an Egret Group, together with the Municipal Cooperation and Exchange Center, the Municipal Bureau of Commerce, the Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism and other departments, organize counties (cities, districts) to hold Luling Baiwei famous dish selection activities, from "one county, one table local cuisine" and "one scenic spot and one dish" to create "Luling Baiwei" famous dishes. At present, the "Luling Baiwei" brand menu has basically taken shape, and each famous dish has three names: traditional name, Mao Zedong poetry name, and Luling cultural name. Selected and sorted out pre-dinner fruits, cold dishes, hot dishes, fresh soups, dim sum, staple foods, sweets a total of seven series of more than 100 categories of "Luling Baiwei". "Luling Baiwei" dishes use local ingredients from Ji'an, integrate Luling culture and red culture on the basis of inheriting traditional production techniques, and form banquets such as "Luling Baiwei" Yuanyuan Feast and General Banquet, fully demonstrating the strong attraction of Luling cuisine and constantly expanding and innovating, so that "Luling Baiwei" gives new vitality.
