It is understood that the total length of Liuzhong Road is about 1.05 kilometers, the road starts from The South Ring Road in the north, passes through Liucheng Middle School, Xinhua South Road, Liuhu South Road under construction, and south to the southern section of the Outer Second Ring Road, with a land area of 3.19 hectares and a standard width of the road (including the sidewalk) of 24 meters. Among them, the standard width of the asphalt pavement is 15 meters, which is built according to the standard of the urban secondary trunk road, and the design lane is a two-way four-lane road, and the design speed is 30 km / h.

"The project is divided into two sections: north and south. At present, 5% of the cement stabilized gravel layer has been laid in both sections, and the bridge and culvert project has also completed the pile foundation project. Pi Youming, the person in charge of on-site construction, introduced that the project is currently grasping construction, and it is expected to complete the superstructure engineering of the bridge and culvert project before the end of November; before the end of December, the asphalt surface layer, street lamp engineering and traffic engineering can be completed, and the initial conditions for opening to traffic are initially available, and it is planned to be completed and accepted in January next year.

According to the "Urban Renewal Planning and Design of Beishan Area in Nan'an City Center", Nan'an will rely on the Leisure Corridor of Liuzhong Road to build a Minnan cultural theme experience route of "1 Minnan Cultural Main Line + 4 Theme Open Spaces".
