On November 18, Beijing time, the NBA officially released the latest issue of the rookie list, Scotty Barnes surpassed Evan Mobley to return to the top of the list, and Cade Cunningham ranked among the top five, the following is the detailed list:

1st Place: Scotty Barnes (Toronto Raptors)

Season average: 16.3 points, 8.3 rebounds and 2.8 assists per game

Previous Ranking: 2

Barnes' away performance (19.6 points, 9.8 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 54.2 percent shooting) is even better than his home field. It also gave him high praise from Nets coach Nash: "He can influence the game in many ways. Offensively I think he has a high ceiling, but there's still room for improvement; defensively, he's very well-rounded and able to cover multiple positions. Charles Barkley predicted that he would be the rookie of the year.

2nd Place: Evan Mobley (Cleveland Cavaliers)

Season average: 14.6 points, 8.0 rebounds, 2.5 assists

Previous Ranking: 1

The Cavaliers' probing show didn't even touch LeBron James— Mobley became the fastest Cavaliers rookie to reach 200 points and 100 rebounds in just 14 games. And in Game 15, Mobley's exciting rookie season journey hit the reef with a sprained right elbow and is expected to miss 2-4 weeks. Missing 15 games doesn't ruin his chances of competing for the best rookie, as Ramello Ball missed 21 games last season. But Mobley's absence could affect the Cavaliers' recent upward momentum.

3rd Place: Franz Wagner (Orlando Magic)

Season average: 13.4 points, 3.9 rebounds, 1.9 assists

Previous Ranking: 4

The Orlando Magic won two lotto picks this offseason, and although Franz Wagner ranked slightly lower, it received more attention at the start of the season. Despite being the No. 8 pick three times behind Sagas, he seized the opportunity of the team's injury to enter the Magic's starting lineup and outperformed Sagas in terms of average playing time, points, rebounds, steals and even shooting percentage.

4th Place: Josh Gidey (Oklahoma Thunder)

Season average: 9.0 points, 6.6 rebounds, 6.2 assists

Previous ranking: 5

Given Alexander's great performances last season, an important question for the Thunder is how Gieddy will partner him in the backcourt. So far so good, Shay Gilgers Alexander's assists dropped from 5.9 to 4.2, but still maintained the highest team usage rate and is shooting the best three-pointer performance of his career. Gidey's technique put him in the spotlight, ranking sixth on the team with 19.9 percent usage. But he struggled slightly on the shooting this week, hitting just 11 of 38 shots and 4-of-16 from outside the three-point line.

5th Place: Cade Cunningham (Detroit Pistons)

Season average: 13.4 points, 5.5 rebounds, 3.6 assists

Previous Ranking: 7

Congratulations to Cunningham for the first time in his career to be in the top five of the rookie list. Although the ankle injury made his rookie debut long and affected his early form, he finally proved himself recently, scoring 25 points, eight rebounds, eight assists and five three-pointers against the Kings, becoming the fourth rookie to do so outside of Curry, Trae Young and Jason Kidd. But his ankle problems may still haunt him — Cunningham shot more than half from outside the three-point line and shooting less than 15 percent from two-point range.

6th to 10th: Chris Duvati (Pacers), Alperen Shenkin (Rockets), Jaylen Green (Rockets), Nakhshon Hyland (Nuggets), Davin Mitchell (Kings)
