Debao High School is a model boarding school with more than 4,000 people in three grades. School management is very good: the campus is clean, the small bridge in the botanical garden is lined with trees, there are sports fields, table tennis tables, male and female student dormitory buildings are neatly arranged, every morning, afternoon, night get up or go to bed bell whistle sound on time, early reading and late reading sound is full and neat and moving, recess running exercise is also spectacular, surprisingly such a huge number of people staggered peak meal is also orderly, the canteen window in front of the students consciously queued, the first and second floor dining hall is full of students, after eating their own dumping of food residue back to the dinner plate, Wash your own spoon (the canteen does not provide chopsticks, I agree, less unnecessary garbage and environmentally friendly. The design of the faucet is also special, the opening is facing the wall, and the washing spoon water will not splash to the ground! The whole process is relatively quiet and there is no noise. Three meals a day, the canteen staff is well trained. At 5:30 p.m., the school bell rang, and the campus broadcast began in the beautiful piano sound of "Silence in the Night Sky", and the innocent standard Mandarin of young boys and girls began to broadcast, which immediately infected everyone on campus.
The leaders of the school did their best to arrange our food and accommodation, eat and live on campus for free, which is very safe and warm.
At work, the school arranged for me to carry out the tutoring work of the critical students of high school chemistry, and admission to the university is the hope of the local people and the top priority of the school. Due to the economic underdevelopment, the serious shortage of teachers, the principal introduced this year's fresh graduates into the index is not full, most of the graduating class teachers are 3 classes per person, the number of people in each class is more than 60, it is conceivable that there are fewer teachers and more students, and they cannot take care of it at all. Therefore, through communication with the heads of the relevant leadership groups of the school, our volunteer teachers decided to carry out first aid promotion according to the pi leg students who did not reach the undergraduate line in each joint examination, and 41 students participated in the training through the coordination of the class teacher, and attended classes every Monday to Friday, and took 1 class (40 minutes) every afternoon after school. However, the student base is very poor (the average 100-point test paper is only 30 points), there are too many knowledge gaps, and I have prepared more small topic learning content, so every day is 1 hour (5:10 ~ 6:10) class, and the students are very active. During this month, there were ten days to give 12 temporary substitute lessons to the second grade (one teacher went out to study with the post, one teacher was sick), listened to an open class and participated in the evaluation. The office is equipped with computers, printing and scanning machines, etc., which makes it very convenient for me to compile and print learning materials and make courseware every day: a total of 60 PPT sheets for high school two, 77 PPT sheets for high school seniors, and 9 sets of printed materials with a total of 32 pages.
Every day is busy green, full and happy. The people here are very simple and friendly. I hope that I can do my best to bring real help to the people in mountainous areas and make my own contribution to the country's mountain support work!
