The first is to break through time and space. No matter where the person is, no matter when, it is convenient to send out messages, reflecting the "fast" requirements of the times.

The second is the long-term effect of information. The message is presented in the WeChat group, will not be lost, and can be seen by everyone. No matter how long the message takes, it can be queried, which is equivalent to engraving a permanent trace.

The third is efficient feedback. There are some notices that need to be known, and the word "received" in reply means that the communication process is complete; there are some progress that need to be reported by everyone, and a little reply can quickly summarize the situation.

The fourth is the speed of sharing. Find good information, good articles, and move your fingers on your phone, you can quickly share them for your reference.

Everything has advantages and disadvantages, and there are at least a few drawbacks to the Work of WeChat groups.

The first is that timeliness cannot be guaranteed. Teachers have classes, lesson preparation, homework changes, communication with students, subject discussions and various activities during the work period, and it is impossible to look at the mobile phone at any time. I don't know when teachers will look at WeChat, whether the messages sent out will be read, and whether they will be read in time has become unknown. If there is a more urgent work waiting for a reply, it is often delayed.

The second is that swiping the screen causes reading difficulties. WeChat is an instant communication tool, plus the group members are generally more, and the messages sent earlier will soon be covered up by various subsequent messages. After a period of time, the unread messages in the WeChat group range from a dozen to dozens or hundreds, and you need to read them one by one to know whether there is any message related to yourself. In this way, people are bored because they have done a lot of "useless work", so that they no longer read. Sometimes it takes a long time and is not efficient to find a message or a document.

Then there's message fragmentation. Sometimes in order to facilitate the weChat to send out a few words of the message, the reader is understandable at the time, but after a long time, you need to systematically read a lot of messages to form a complete cognition. Fragmented content presentation makes it difficult to grasp key information quickly.

It brings some annoyance when using WeChat groups for work. For example, the message sent has not been replied to for a long time, the implementation of the arranged work is not ideal, and the feedback problem has not been rectified in time... After many times, it is inevitable that there will be mutual accusations, one said that "a notice was issued in the WeChat group long ago", and the other said "did not see", which objectively caused the work to be inefficient.

WeChat groups should be used well in work, but they should not be dependent. For unimportant and non-urgent work, such as some sharing, you can put it in the WeChat group; for important work, such as daily inspection feedback, in addition to being posted to the WeChat group, you must also communicate with the work object in person, and face-to-face communication can achieve a clear attitude and complete meaning. If it is for an individual phenomenon that is not representative, it is not appropriate to send it to the group, and it should be communicated in person.

Relying solely on text communication, there is no warm infection, emotional transmission, and even will gradually alienate people and people. The WeChat group was originally meant to turn Tianya into a place of reach, but if everyone relied on mobile phones and WeChat to communicate, the wechat group also became Tianya.

We should approach the teacher in the usual management, to discover, to communicate. WeChat groups and QQ groups are only a useful supplementary tool, and cannot be used as a way to promote the main work.
