The State Food and Drug Administration emphasized that in accordance with the Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Cosmetics, the State Food and Drug Administration requires the drug supervision and management departments of various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) to order relevant business enterprises to immediately stop operating the above-mentioned cosmetics, investigate their purchase inspection records in accordance with the law, and seriously investigate and deal with illegal acts according to law; if they are suspected of committing crimes, they will be transferred to the public security organs according to law.
