After the fire rescue personnel arrived at the scene, they found that a man's left arm was pressed by the machine, and after inquiry, it was learned that when the man reached into the machine to clean up foreign objects, he was accidentally pressed by the machine that was running, although the power supply was unplugged at the first time, but the hand was still clamped by the machine.
After analyzing the structure and working principle of the machine, the firefighters at the scene judged that the machine was driven by a hydraulic rod motor, and the working principle was that the motor drove the hydraulic rod forward and backward pushing motion, and when the hydraulic rod was pushed clockwise, it must reach the apex before it would be reversed. Experience tells firefighters that in this case, the hydraulic rod is subjected to a large force, the hydraulic shear cannot be expanded, and it is impossible to plug in the motor to reverse.
At the scene, the firefighters discussed two rescue methods, the first method is to disassemble the machine, but the machine is fixed by a variety of screws, the dismantling machine takes a long time, and at this time the man's hand has been pressed by the machine for more than ten minutes, starting to numb, and the continuous non-circulation of blood may lead to more serious consequences; the second method is to manually reverse the motor in the machine, so that the hydraulic rod is reversed, and this method will shorten a lot of time.
The firefighters decisively issued a second disposal plan, at the same time with two wooden sticks to hold the disc to prevent accidents, after more than two minutes of tense rescue, successfully helped the man out of trouble.
It is understood that the accident was caused by illegal operations, and due to the timely disposal, the man's hand was not a major problem. Afterwards, fire rescue personnel conducted safety knowledge popularization education for personnel related to the accident.
