The story in the poem (xxvii) "Untitled" hovers between Niu A and Li C, Li Shangyin of Niu B

author:Whispered poetry

When it comes to "Untitled", people think of Li Shangyin. His verses, as long as anyone who has read Tang poems, almost all know, "It is difficult to say goodbye when we meet, and the east wind is powerless." "There are no colorful phoenix wings, and the heart has a sharp edge." It's all his sentences. Once, when I was in school, I joked with my classmates that this Li Shangyin was the enlightenment teacher of love letters.

Li Shangyin's lineage is somewhat similar to Liu Bei's, but Liu Bei was recognized as his ancestor and became the emperor of the Han Dynasty. And Li Shangyin was a bit miserable, the Li family in the Tang Dynasty hit eight rods, and finally got a little related to their family. Unfortunately, the royal people thought that this blood relationship was too distant, and people did not recognize this poor relative. As a result, his status as a relative of the imperial family was never recognized.

Li Shangyin was the eldest of their family, and when his father was about ten years old, he burped when he was still working as an aide to the government, so he and his mother returned to his hometown with his younger brothers and sisters, and he was so poor that he could survive by relying on the help of relatives. As the old saying goes, "The rafters before the rush suffer first." As the boss, Li Shangyin began to shoulder the responsibility of earning money to support his family, and sometimes in order to support his family, he also ran to copy books for others.

Li Shangyin

In the Tang Dynasty, there were two ways to become an official, one was to take the civil service examination, that is, the examination. The other is to serve as an aide to the official family, and then to be recommended by the official to be an errand boy. The shortcut to the south that people are still talking about was also handed down at that time. This Li Shangyin, because he was poor and afraid, wanted to live a tougher life, so he ran to take the civil servant examination, even if he knew that the officialdom of the late Tang Dynasty was corrupt to death, and the examination of a civil servant depended on relations, if there was no relationship, no one would promote you until he died. This poor and white Li Dacaizi, what kind of relationship network will there be, and he will be brushed once at a time, directly discouraged.

After being beaten for a long time, I began to reflect, in modern terms, I can survive with its own reason, in that era of relying on relationships to eat, no relationship network is your fault. In particular, the Ling Fox who had traveled with him to study was admitted to the Jinshi, which was a bigger blow to him, because in terms of talent and knowledge, this Ling Fox could not be compared with him, but the family had a good father who was an official, so he was admitted. Later, it was through this linghu's father, Ling Huchu, that he was admitted to the civil service.

Cow and Lee party strife

However, in the year when he was admitted to the jinshi, this great benefactor Ling Guchu fell ill and died. Soon after the funeral, Wang Maoyuan asked him to be a staff member, and this Wang Maoyuan was particularly appreciative of him, and even married his daughter to Li Shangyin. It was precisely because of this marriage that he was involved in party strife and was frustrated in the official arena all his life.

In layman's terms, his father-in-law is a member of the A sect, and his great benefactor, Ling Guchu, is a member of the B faction. He himself thought that he was a marriage between type A blood and B blood, and the result was that he did not produce universal type O blood, but produced an AB blood type that was excluded on both sides.

Although people on both sides did not regard him as their own, and even excluded him, he did not regret that he had married a wife who was beautiful and wise, but on the contrary, he loved him to death. People in the past were very concerned about their official career, after all, the larger the official position, the easier it is to achieve achievements. Although he also longed for a vigorous, his embarrassing identity was ultimately nothing.

And beauty has a spirit rhinoceros

Although he was frustrated in the official field, his literary achievements were unprecedented, and the poetry of the Tang Dynasty was represented by Li Bai Dufu in the early stage, and he and Du Mu were represented in the late period, known as "Little Li Du". His poems are unique in style, mostly based on love, elegant in mood, ornate in rhetoric, and it is breathtaking to read.

Today I will revisit one of his untitled poems.

Untitled

Heavy and deep under the Mo Shuo Hall, after lying down, the night is slender and slender.

The goddess's career was originally a dream, and the little sister-in-law lived in the ben wulang.

Fengbo did not believe that the lingzhi was weak, and the moon dew who taught the laurel leaf incense.

Straight lovesickness is useless, not hindered by the fear is pure madness.

The whole poem is novel in its original intention and there are many allusions, and the vernacular is:

"Heavy and deep under the Mo Shuo Hall, after lying down, the night is slender and slender." I lived alone in Mo Shuo Hall, and the curtain was deep in the night, which seemed particularly lonely. A person tossed and turned, and felt that the long night was long and very deserted.

Moon dew who teaches cinnamon leaf incense

"The career of a goddess was originally a dream, and the little sister-in-law lived in the place of Ben Wulang." The "goddess" here is an allusion to the goddess of Wushan, and the "little sister" quotes the "Qingxi Little Sister's Song" in the Lefu poem, which means that the wushan goddess met the king of Chu was originally a dream, and the residence of the little girl in Qingxi was originally alone.

"The storm does not believe that the branches are weak, and the moon dew who teaches the cinnamon leaf incense." Meaning: I was already a weak diamond branch that was destroyed by the wind and waves. I am a fragrant cinnamon leaf, but there is no moon dew to spit incense.

"It is useless to think straight, and it is crazy not to be worried." Meaning: I know that acacia is too heavy on the body, but I am obsessed with the end, and I have fallen into a lifelong frenzy.

Li Dacaizi's poems are always metaphorical and catchy to read. Not only is it a metaphor for the image, but it is also a novel idea. Although it is not vigorous in the official arena, it is not worth it to be able to be vigorous in the love scene and literature.
