At the same time, the Supreme Court also rejected the appeal of Jiang Xun, the 20-year-old, the second most concerned person in the "N room", and sentenced him to 15 years in prison at the final trial.

The "Room N" incident refers to a series of cybercrime incidents in South Korea. According to media exposure, some people have set up private paid chat groups on the instant messaging platform Telegram to share indecent photos of women, involving rape, serious insults to women, etc., the picture is unsightly, the means are extremely cruel, and minors are included. The incident caused an uproar.

According to reports, on the 11th local time, the first division of the Supreme Court of south Korea rejected Moon Hyung-wook's appeal and upheld the original judgment of the second instance.

The second-instance trial convicted Wen Hengxu, the founder of "Room N", for violating the "Law on the Sexual Protection of Children and Adolescents" and for forcibly indecent assault, and at the same time sentenced Wen Hengxu, the founder of "Room N", to disclose his identity information to the public and inform him for 10 years, restricted employment in child and adolescent institutions and welfare facilities for the disabled, and wore electronic shackles for positioning monitoring for 30 years.

From January 2017 to early 2020, Wen Hengxu was suspected of instigating and coercing 21 minor victims to take selfies on 1,275 occasions, and sent indecent videos and pictures for his own production and collection.

In September 2019, Zhao became the operator of "Room N", his nickname was "Doctor", so the chat room he managed was also known as "Doctor Room".

According to the report, the first court of the Supreme Court rejected the appeal of Jiang Xun, the second person in the "doctor's room", and upheld the original judgment of the second instance. Jiang Xun is suspected of conspiring with the main criminal Zhao Zhongbin from September to November 2019 to coerce 18 people, including seven children and teenagers, to shoot and produce videos of sexual exploitation, sell and disseminate them in Telegram's "doctor's room" for profit, and was indicted for violating the Children and Adolescents Sexual Protection Law and organizing criminal gangs.

Since the early days of the opening of the "Doctor's Room", Jiang Xun has assisted the main criminal Zhao Zhongbin in the management and operation. The prosecution argued that the "doctor's room" gang worked together for the purpose of crime, assigned internal rules, and did not simply share obscene information, but also identified it as a criminal gang.

After the court finally sentenced Zhao Zhongbin to 42 years in prison, he also convicted Jiang Xun of organizing and operating a criminal gang on the same day.

The case in which Jiang Xun and Zhao Zhongbin were prosecuted separately in April 2020 for coercing women to provide nude selfies is currently being tried in the first instance. According to this forecast, the sentences of the two will be extended.

In order to evade searches, operators continue to build and disband chat rooms, and name them "Room 1", "Room 2", etc. numerically, so they are collectively referred to as "Room N".
