South Korea's Room N Accomplice Sentenced to 17 Years: Luring Multiple People to Make Indecent Videos and Shouting "Slaves" to Victims

"Room N" complicity Nam Gyeong-eup

According to Yonhap News Agency, on July 8, the Central District Court in Seoul, South Korea, pronounced a first-instance judgment on nam gyeong-eup's suspected lure-taking of indecent videos, sentenced him to 17 years in prison, and required him to wear electronic anklets and prohibit employment in places related to children and adolescents, welfare homes for the disabled, and so on.

Nam Gyeong-yi is an accomplice of Dr. Zhao, the main culprit of "Room N", and is now 30 years old. He is not only a fee-paying member of "Room N", but also suspected of inducing 5 victims to shoot videos of sexual exploitation, and even imitating the criminal acts of Dr. Zhao (formerly known as Zhao Zhongbin) to coerce the victims.

South Korean prosecutors said there was no sense of guilt when Nam Kyung-il called the victim a "slave" when he committed the crime.

On July 15, 2020, Nam Gyeong-yi was publicly displayed by the police, who confessed to the crime on the spot and apologized to the victim. (Overseas Network Liu Qiang)
