The famous feminist Qiu Jin and the founder of modern literature, Lu Xun, once had a contradiction because of the different revolutionary pursuits, and were also considered by the masses to be "discordant" between the two, and even when Lu Xun got married, Qiu Jin did not come to congratulate him, and was also taken by the audience to speculate for no reason.
Qiu Jin was born in a Manchu noble family, her parents were very open-minded, from an early age to cultivate her cultural literacy and horse archery, nevertheless, thousands of years of feudal thinking is not so easy to break, Qiu Jin has also wrapped her feet, but also obeyed the orders of her parents and started a family with a person who is the right door.

There, Qiu Jin published so many articles on feminism that she launched the feminist movement, laying the foundation for the later monogamy system, and of course, there, Qiu Jin also met Lu Xun.
Lu Xun was also in a bureaucratic family, when he was young, the family fell in the middle of the road, his father died, Lu Xun's life became gradually embarrassing, unable to conduct scientific examinations, unable to enter the palace, Lu Xun chose to go to the school opened by foreigners to study.
In the eyes of people at that time, this practice was tantamount to traitorous, and they were very despised, Lu Xun was not moved, and after collecting enough tuition, Lu Xun bid farewell to his mother and went to Nanjing to study. There, Lu Xun read a lot of foreign works, and his vision was also opened.
Looking at the country in front of him, Lu Xun is trying to think about the future and way out of the country, in order to better pursue the truth of helping the country, Lu Xun chose to study abroad.
Lu Xun went to Japan two years earlier than Qiu Jin, when Lu Xun was already the backbone of the society, speaking on the podium many times to encourage more patriots to oppose the Qing, after Qiu Jin joined, he was repeatedly impressed by Lu Xun's thoughts and wisdom, and the two people inevitably had revolutionary exchanges, and when they gradually understood, the two people were even more happy, because they were not only fellow countrymen, but also neighbors who were not far apart.
The first contradiction between the two was during the Russo-Japanese War, when the Zhejiang Society decided to set up an assassination organization and return to China for an armed uprising, and when the list came out, Lu Xun's name was prominently listed. Before preparing for the operation, Lu Xun was worried about his mother, so he asked the organization what his mother should do if his assassination mission failed.
Since Lu Xun only had a mother who depended on each other, it was natural to understand this concern, but for the revolutionaries at that time, Lu Xun's problem showed that he was a little greedy and afraid of death. When Qiu Jin knew, he also thought that Lu Xun was using his mother to excuse himself, and when the misunderstanding was lifted, the two people were considered to be "reconciled".
The second contradiction between the two was that in 1905, in order to suppress the revolutionary enthusiasm of Chinese students, Japan issued a rule banning Qing Dynasty students, and as soon as this rule came out, it aroused the opposition of Chinese students studying abroad, and the revolution was also divided into two factions, one represented by Qiu Jin, believing that international students should take the initiative to return to China and set up education that belonged to Chinese, and there was a great momentum of "not leaving grandpa here and leaving his own grandfather".
The other faction believes that they have not yet achieved success in their studies, that they should endure humiliation, study hard, and that the day they will succeed in their studies is the time to serve the motherland, which is also supported by Lu Xun.
This time the "discord" is only because of the difference caused by the different ways of saving the country, perhaps related to the origin of the two people, although the same as the nobility, but Qiu Jin did not suffer much in his life, at most from her husband, in the face of injustice, naturally can not bear; and Lu Xun has seen the cold and warm of human feelings since childhood, the world is cold, no matter how big the suffering he has also eaten, naturally unwilling to give up.
After Qiu Jin returned to China, he founded a school in Shanghai and worked hard for the revolutionary cause at the same time, after that, Lu Xun got married, perhaps because he was busy with his career, or perhaps because of the difference in ideas, Qiu Jin finally did not appear at Lu Xun's wedding, and later, due to the appearance of traitors, Qiu Jin was captured by the Qing army, and in 1907, Qiu Jin was heroic and righteous in Shaoxing.
Lu Xun once created a character based on Qiu Jin in the novel, which also proved from the side that although she was different from Qiu Jin's revolutionary views, she was also a female revolutionary she admired.
In fact, there is no "disagreement" between the two people, just because the environment they are in is different, the ideas are naturally different, but whether it is Qiu Jin, who is slightly radical in behavior, or Lu Xun, who is unwilling to risk his mother, they are all fighting for the Chinese revolution, none of them is wrong, they just stick to their own ideas.
There are countless patriots in modern China, and their methods of saving the country are also very different, but no matter which method, it is worthy of our admiration.
